30/09/2025: First experience shared in a group of 3 people, delighted to have met motivated staff who supported the cause, a great quality/price experience. A little disappointed with the homemade fries but a satisfactory overall experience. Small downside regarding the noise in the dining room which can be annoying for those sensitive to noise but I would gladly come back to repeat the experience. And a big congratulations to the dining room team who accompanied us throughout the meal with a smile and courtesy ☺️.

05/07/2025: First and last KFC experience, we often criticize McDonald's but there it's beaten, better to go to O'Malo which is not far away, better served in quantity and quality

03/05/2025: Red mullet fillet without any flavor!!! A little gesture would have been nice, even minimal, but hey. Yet my choice was guided by the good Google comments. Too bad, I won't do it again. The restaurant's response is between irony and arrogance, indeed as you say it was not at all to my taste, it's up to me to better choose the places where I plan to eat.

03/01/2026: Excellent value for money. Welcoming and professional staff. A bonus: an upstairs area where you can have lunch while enjoying the horse races with the new LES PARIS MUTUELS URBAINS concept.

30/12/2025: We stopped in Laval for lunch (2 adults and 2 children), and found it to be excellent value for money. The staff was very welcoming and professional. We'll be back!

10/01/2026: Passing through Laval with our family, we ordered 5 pizzas and were very pleased with the service, the punctuality, and the quality of the pizzas. A very pleasant place to eat a hot meal in the middle of winter! Well done to the team.

12/12/2025: The pizza is very thin but large, and taste-wise, it's good. A minor drawback is the olives served as an appetizer; they put a vinaigrette on them, and it gets sickening quickly. But the restaurant is worth trying.

02/02/2026: I like the Marie Blachère brand, but I won't be going back to this particular location. The service is cold and curt and doesn't take my requests into account. I've been several times, and each time I've been poorly received and served by the same person. I asked for several croissants that weren't too well-done, the person had some in front of her, went to the back, and put burnt croissants in the bag (which I only opened once I got to my car). I've had this same experience multiple times. I've also received curt and truly unpleasant reactions when I've asked questions. I would recommend the Marie Blachère at Grand Frais much more; the service is excellent.

26/01/2026: Um… great 🤣. I think they need to rethink the packaging of the pastries to go: the chocolate sticks to the paper. Also, we got some flans and cream puffs, and they didn't have much flavor…

21/12/2025: Passing through the area for my sales job, I stopped by Milano for a coffee. A warm welcome, very friendly staff who enjoyed interacting with customers, which made for a truly pleasant experience. I enjoyed it so much that I returned for lunch: an excellent meal, quick service, and always in a cheerful atmosphere. An address I wholeheartedly recommend, and one I will gladly return to on my next trip to the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

08/09/2025: I love your pizzas. I've never been to the restaurant but I get them from the pizza kiosk in the Gemo parking lot. They're great when you get home late and everything is closed.

28/11/2025: The fries were cold and hard, and the hamburger was cold too. I thought they were quick with the service, but now I understand why. And I live two minutes from this McDonald's.

11/11/2025: Our entire order was complete, and delivery was quite fast, except for one of the Happy Meals which was a little late. But I recommend this McDonald's.

08/02/2026: Promoting deals that supposedly can't be used on Sundays… Why promote them on Sundays then? Simply false advertising. You could have offered an alternative… Not at all commercially sound…

31/01/2026: One star, not for the staff, but for the manager who was very unpleasant and unprofessional! I think that making a mistake with one product in an order can happen to anyone; to err is human! Well, apparently not for her, as she refused to give me the correct product instead of the one I didn't even receive! What a lack of humanity and professionalism.
