21/03/2026: We stopped at L’Aromance restaurant after searching for a top 5 list of the best restaurants in Laval on our way from Brittany to Paris, and what a pleasant surprise! We had a particularly delicious meal: flavorful dishes, beautifully presented and prepared with care. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the culinary expertise. The welcome was simply perfect. The owners and the servers are very warm, attentive, and professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We were lucky enough to have lunch on the terrace, in full sunshine on March 21st—a truly relaxing moment! An excellent restaurant that we highly recommend. We will gladly return on our next visit. See you soon! ☀️

The ingredients were high quality, the culinary combinations were beautiful, and above all, the wine list offered a wide variety of wines recommended by a very friendly and knowledgeable sommelier. The ambiance could be warmer, but everything else more than makes up for it.

04/04/2026: It used to be the place to be in Laval, but now I have serious doubts. We went there for dinner. Throughout the meal, our glasses were cleared one by one as soon as we finished eating, and there was no qualms about interrupting our conversation mid-course when the waitress wanted me to give her my glass—a glass that could have been cleared with the plates, of course. Then, with a few drinks left in the glass, the waitress started taking them away, and I had to tell her no! And to top it all off, there was a €24 error on the bill. I've never experienced anything like it, and yet we go there regularly. What a shame!

17/03/2026: I went for lunch today with friends. It's always so good. We go there regularly. The service is impeccable. The food is excellent. The owner is very friendly and efficient. When we tell him we're in a hurry (because of work), he does everything he can to serve us quickly. Always kind, never any annoyance in his voice. Thank you so much! 😀
