28/07/2026: We've been coming here for a long time, and while the quality and service have always been top-notch, the portions have started to get really small lately. The slices on the nigiri are getting thinner and thinner, barely 3 or 4 mm, and the same goes for the maki. And even then, they're presented from the right side, because on the other side, the salmon doesn't even show up on some of them... The rice is good, but we pay a premium for it. The signature maki are excellent, but be warned, another bad experience could convince us not to come back.

28/07/2026: I ordered a tasting platter (for 3 people) via Uber Eats. Due to a sauce oversight, a Dong employee quickly came to my home (10 minutes from Laval) with extras to apologize. The sushi and maki were delicious, as always! Thank you!

30/08/2026: A very good Indian restaurant in Laval. The dishes are tasty and well-prepared, with good spices and decent portions. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere friendly. A great place to discover Indian cuisine.

02/09/2026: Second time at this Italian restaurant and honestly, it's fantastic! 👌 Superb welcome, friendly and welcoming staff. The pizzas are excellent, but that's not all... because what we had 6 months ago, after they opened, was just as excellent!!! And the decor is gorgeous! 🤩 Kudos to Killian, who is very brave, it's great to see! 👏

The presentation is sophisticated, the galette fillings are a little something extra compared to the standard, the desserts are generous, and they even offered us a complimentary infused rum at the end (there were quite a few of us). And to top it all off: friendly service! In short, "See you soon!"

17/08/2026: Everything was perfect, from start to finish. The service was impeccable; a huge thank you to the waiter for his 100% commitment despite the pouring rain. The combinations on the plate allowed us to make some wonderful culinary discoveries. The langoustine carpaccio was simply exquisite, and the John Dory with the beetroot and cherry pairing was a perfect match. The wine pairings allowed us to discover some wines we hadn't known before. Added to this is the setting of this magnificent private mansion with its garden, where you can dine in complete tranquility, yet so close to the city center. Bravo to the chef and the entire team at this restaurant!
