06/09/2026: We came to eat at this restaurant and had a wonderful time! 😍 I had the curried mussels and they were absolutely delicious! A smooth, flavorful sauce, perfectly seasoned and bursting with taste, without all that liquid at the bottom of the plate. A real treat! 🦪👌 The welcome was also very warm and friendly, and the restaurant has a lovely, pleasant, and inviting atmosphere. A fantastic find! The three of us will definitely be back next year! I highly recommend it.

07/10/2026: Great food, absolutely terrible attitude from the staff The food was delicious, but unfortunately that is about the only positive thing I can say about this restaurant. The staff were extremely unfriendly, dismissive, and made us feel completely unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Whenever we tried to ask a question, they barely listened and seemed more interested in rushing us than actually helping us. One of our friends is genuinely afraid of dogs, and there was a large dog running and playing inside the restaurant. We politely asked the staff if they could do something about it. Instead of helping, they told us that we should find the owner ourselves. What made this even worse was that we later discovered that the staff actually knew the dog’s owner very well. So rather than taking our concern seriously, they simply chose not to deal with it. We were also there with a baby and asked for a baby seat. They don’t have high chairs, which is understandable — but the way they responded made us feel like babies and families were not welcome at all. There was no effort to accommodate us or even communicate politely. The overall attitude was basically: “We don’t care, and if you don’t like it, that’s your problem.” A restaurant is not just about serving good food. Hospitality and basic respect for customers matter too. Unfortunately, this place seems to have forgotten that. It’s a real shame because the food was genuinely good. But no matter how good the food is, I don’t want to spend my money somewhere where I feel unwelcome, ignored, or treated like an inconvenience. Good food cannot compensate for terrible customer service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this restaurant, especially to families with children or anyone expecting basic courtesy and hospitality.

01/10/2026: Still as good as ever. We come every year. A warm welcome. Jean Jean personally seated us; his son is smiling and lovely. A wonderful atmosphere. The famous lobster pasta dish (500g/person) and the caramel flan are always delicious. I highly recommend it to all lovers of Corsica and friendly hospitality.

13/09/2026: The welcome and atmosphere were fantastic, not to mention the enormous lobsters 🦞 with perfectly cooked legs. I highly recommend a visit if you're in Ajaccio.

16/10/2026: We had a romantic dinner at table 46. The sea view was incredible. The food was delicious and the service very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant.

10/10/2026: The waiter is about as friendly as a prison guard; you can't even discuss brewing. The beer is mediocre... as a homebrewer, I can do much better. The inside of the establishment is in a deplorable state (dusty kegs) and the kitchen consists of just two air fryers for reheating pre-made food.

14/10/2026: First of all, I want to commend the service because despite my limited French, the waiter did everything possible to ensure we understood each other. I used the digital menu and everything went smoothly. I ordered a hamburger with goat cheese, walnuts, and caramelized onions. It was delicious, and the fries were excellent. The only thing the hamburger bun could use was warming it up or adding butter or something because it tasted a little dry. The flavor of the meat more than made up for it; it was truly extraordinary. The draft beer was delicious and refreshing.

27/09/2026: Just had a quick coffee to pass the time. The young waiters were smiling, kind, and attentive.

12/09/2026: Worst Ajaccio experience ever. Average welcome, overwhelmed service. A very, very long wait... €30 Corsican menu (starter/main/dessert). The terrine starter was decent, the veal ravioli very ordinary, the tiramisu dessert was acceptable, and the crème caramel was served like a flan?! Completely uninteresting. In short, poor value for money.

23/09/2026: Just steps from Cours Napoléon – away from the noise and bustle – come discover Cinnaronu, a gourmet and authentic restaurant where I rediscovered the Corsican family cuisine I had known many years ago: typical charcuterie, veal with olives. I'll be back. Philippe and Ruth

22/09/2026: Pleasant welcome. Nice setting, beautiful dining room. Friendly waitress. The roast beef was good and very tender. The only downside was the service; we felt rushed. Our main course order was taken before our aperitif order. The main course was served first, then our aperitif order was taken. So we ate while drinking our aperitif, which was a shame and didn't encourage us to order dessert there.
