21/07/2024: Excellente cuisine ! Accueil, rapidité du service, suggestions du jour, présentation, dressage, desserts maison. Parfait de bout en bout. Un seul regret... n'être que de passage à Porto et ne pas pouvoir y revenir pour explorer le reste de la carte.

21/07/2024: Locale con una bella terrazza panoramica. Sosta pranzo mangiato piatto del giorno, ravioli ripieni salmone e ricotta cosparsi di una ottima salsa. Eccellenti. Servizio veloce e attento. Prezzi leggermente superiori alla norma in Corsica.

14/07/2024: Tutto buonissimo! Gli hamburger che abbiamo mangiato erano buonissimi e con un sapore ricercato!! Uno dei pochi posti in cui abbiamo mangiato bene in Corsica quindi super consigliato!

18/07/2024: Let's start with the positive: the setting is very friendly and the servers are smiling and responsive. The cocktail and desserts were truly excellent! On the other hand, what I didn't like at all was the Emmental in the pizza, in fact, on the menu it is not noted that there is Emmental, it simply says “mozzarella”, but in practice this is not the case. In fact, when I asked the waitress about the presence of Emmental, she first told me that she did not know and that she would find out in the kitchen. A few minutes later, she came back confirming the presence of Emmental and telling me that it was a blend with a “weak presence of Emmental”. The mozzarella/emmental mixture was purchased this way, so it was not possible to make a pizza with only mozzarella again... The fact that the restaurant does not clearly display it is, for me, a lack of professionalism and false advertising! Having looked at the map before coming, I clearly would not have come if I had known! And then, we must not forget that the price of Emmental is lower than that of mozzarella, so the prices of pizzas should be revised downwards if they keep this mixture.

La cuisine savoureuse et copieuse, la décoration totalement décalée avec les petites citations sur les ardoises, le patron haut en couleur et en gentillesse (merci pour la dégustation de toutes vos liqueurs 😅), le concept sans téléphone sinon gare à vous… Une merveilleuse adresse à ne pas manquer

25/06/2024: In the heart of Bonifacio's medieval town lies Aria Nova, a restaurant serving Corsican-inspired cuisine with a modern twist. We tried the Aubergines à la Bonifacienne, Filet de Poisson du jour sauce au beurre blanc and Grosses Gambas Poêlées au gingembre confit, all made with fresh, local ingredients. The ambiance was Intimate and inviting, subtle background music that allows for conversation and stunning view of the cliff makes the perfect combination for a truly romantic experience. The service was the best, so genuine, the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. If it’s not because I live in another country I would become a regular client at marvelous Aria Nova.

25/06/2024: Stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and attracted by the labels routard nustrale and Gault et millau, we sat down with my wife and my son. The rest.....only happiness!! Thank you for the welcome from the boss and his server, always attentive and attentive. The meal?? I would need several pages of reviews for the details, everything from starter to dessert is excellent, the products are fresh, well made and when the owner "tells" you the menu, he never lies. Thank you again for this culinary experience and this moment of sharing

16/06/2024: We were received in a heavenly place with a warm welcome. We had an assortment of starters including the salmon gravlax and the beef tataki which was exceptional. Followed by semi-cooked tuna and exquisite clam paste. Thanks to David, his twin brother and the whole team for this unforgettable birthday evening. See you next year, Toulouse residents.

20/07/2024: We were very well received with a little attention for our 3 year old daughter. The service was perfect not to mention the food which was excellent… everything is homemade! I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed!

20/07/2024: Excellent evening thanks to succulent, varied and copious dishes (7-hour confit lamb, baked sea bream, Corsican mussels with parsley). To recommend.

07/07/2024: Abbiamo cenato in qsto ristorante a dir poco allucinante . Come antipasto abbiamo preso due porzioni di calamari in umido al pomodoro vecchi e congelati presentati in una piccola padellina a seguire dei rigatoni con calamari e vongole il condimento praticamente lo stesso dell’ antipasto la pasta scotta e condita male e ciliegina sulla torta le vongole erano di quellle surgelate messe su senza neanche condirle , una bottiglia d’acqua ed un calice di tavernello ( xche poteva essere solo quello) tutto questo x la modica cifra di 91 € In Italia li avrebbero presi a schiaffi x lo schifo che ci è stato servito .. non ci andateeee!!!

27/06/2024: Je recommande sincèrement ce restaurant aux amateurs de bonne cuisine. Tout est délicieux, parfaitement assaisonné et tellement bien présenté. Quant aux desserts, c'est l'apothéose, dignes des plus grands pâtissiers. L'emplacement est magique, au-dessus du sable avec vue sur toute la baie. Serveurs adorables. Les prix sont justes par rapport à la qualité des mets.
