08/07/2025: I visited this restaurant with my daughter for a mother-daughter date, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I ordered the Veal and Olive Stufatu, along with a kids’ meal for my little one. The food was bland and lacked any real flavor. Given the prices, I expected a much higher standard — but sadly, it didn’t deliver. If you’re going for the ambiance or Instagram-worthy aesthetics, this place might be worth a visit. But if you’re looking for a satisfying, well-prepared meal, I wouldn’t recommend it. I was genuinely disappointed after tasting my dish. They could really do better.

07/07/2025: We went as a family in the evening without a reservation, and despite everything, we were very well received. Good service, excellent food, honestly, even with babies, easy to access. The staff helped me with the stroller. I recommend it.

30/09/2024: We attended a wedding this Saturday, everything was perfect. The meal of extreme finesse, the kindness of the team at the top, and the decoration made by Sylvie Sappe is pure marvel. I long for an opportunity to celebrate at the Kouros Orchard.

23/11/2024: La réputation de la qualité de la bouillabaisse de ce restaurant n’est pas usurpée. Un véritable délice. Servie avec passion, généreuse, succulente, tout y est. Bravo à toute l’équipe et au patron on s’est régalé merci.

12/10/2024: L’adresse historique du Rayol: un menu qui change chaque jour, aïoli le vendredi, une valeur sûre, ambiance conviviale avec une belle salle . Le mur des célébrités photographiées avec le patron est impressionnant

04/01/2025: We had lunch there as a family yesterday afternoon. It's a perfect place for a nice break by the sea. Our daughters chose the white queen pizza, my husband chose the prawn risotto and my choice fell on the seguin pizza. We ate well. The service was quick (without being rushing).

27/12/2024: Very good address in a great setting even at night, the interior is very pretty. Very good and plentiful dishes. We loved it. Very friendly and efficient servers.

07/07/2025: Hello July 6th at 7:30 p.m. no it's raining I asked if we could have a drink I was waiting for friends 2 couples I asked the waiter behind the bar he didn't know he then asked his colleague who told me yes in a hasty tone my friends arrive we are ignored I order so at the bar then spend half an hour I asked if they wanted to serve us the waiter told me take the bottle then the waitress arrived with her tray telling us you are not the only ones there are people look at your turnover that evening you will see that they were not overwhelmed the waiter who is taking his break in full boom in short if you do not take people for a drink at least say it directly nothing to do with the waiters next door always pleasant and responsive I congratulate them cordially

26/01/2025: This is a chain restaurant with good Italian cuisine. I love eating there. The servers are always very friendly. Price-quality level is very good.

16/09/2024: Une privatisation le samedi 14/09 au soir pour 50 personnes pour une soirée d anniversaire (50 ans). Repas excellent avec aucun mauvais retour, organisation et service parfaits. Personnel à l écoute et au petit soin pour ce moment inoubliable. Merci à Fabienne et son équipe.

13/09/2024: En cherchant quelque chose à manger nous sommes arrivés au restaurant par hasard. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de la nourriture et la choix de plats disponible. L’emplacement est très joli et toute l’équipe très sympa. Merci beaucoup.

05/09/2024: You are looking for a nice and gourmet place, don't go elsewhere, come here. The welcome is very pleasant, the cook is excellent, especially on the carpaccio and the pan-fried tuna. 04/09/2024: From the welcome until the departure without fault, I enjoyed myself I had the dish of the day which was a tuna tartare and a tiramisu it was very good, the price of the menu very reasonable I highly recommend this place if you are in Hyeres
