05/09/2024: Ahhhhlala... Where to start... So just to put you in context, 14 of us went there with friends. We said to ourselves that it should be pretty good coming from Strasbourg karting, we hadn't had a good experience. Come on, we'll describe the place to you: - The welcome was cold and as soon as we arrived we were left in a room for a really long time with nothing and no one. - The food is really disgusting I don't think there are any other words I just asked for a kind of chicken panini how can you miss that?! It was cold, the bread was wet and it stank, in short it was frozen and reheated in the microwave that even a dog would refuse to eat. - As said above, yes, 14 of us came and we all took the 55€ formula which gives us: 770€ for our session without counting the drinks, food and so-called obligatory hood, but anyway... Before we go paying naturally we asked if we could have had a small price or just a free can. Obviously this was refused. - Ahhhh the so-called compulsory balaclavas which you obviously have to pay for, except that a bin of charlottes was at the back of the room near the track but obviously no no there are more charlottes.. - But despite everything we had a lot of fun on the karts... Mhhh well no. They are clearly not reliable. Major engine problems caused our karts to cut off in the middle of the track which obviously could lead to huge crashes in addition to putting our lives in danger, their excuses were obviously a "bottom of tank" thing. hold a session for almost 800€ and they give us tank bottoms... Obviously you will say to yourself that the karts are the same anyway... Well no! Some are much better than others in terms of handling, braking and handling. Then don't pay too much attention to the twisted steering wheel, it's for aerodynamics as they say... - The general atmosphere is zero and probably as empty as these famous vats And without forgetting the medal ceremony ahhh but yes, medals are still important!! And the first had exactly the same medals as the 3rd, I didn't know that you had to pay 3000€ at 14 to maybe have the right to a cup for 5€ Seriously, between the staff and the person who manages this bike garage, we should seriously think about doing a big clean-up.

25/06/2024: You are 20 years old it was good 15 years ago it was average it's been 10 years it's bad and now I just tried again to see and it's even worse half the card is not available . Nothing more to say except that you have to go elsewhere. Even at Auchan the sushi is better.

24/04/2024: Sushi not fresh for my part. The fish is super fatty and not pleasant in the mouth unfortunately… Otherwise, accompaniment added to the order is nice!

12/08/2024: Breakfast at Paul's is a real pleasure. Its pastries are always fresh and crispy, perfect for starting the day right. The warm atmosphere and attentive service make the experience even more pleasant. An address to recommend for a gourmet morning!

16/08/2024: Good food, table service definitely not: hasty and annoyed waitress, bordering on rudeness. The worst stereotype of the arrogant French snob towards foreign tourists, which certainly ruins the visit. It is advisable to train your staff to be more welcoming and friendly.

16/08/2024: Decent food, disappointing staff! Croissants that are not flaky and not at all crunchy, cookies that are not very fresh and too sweet, typical cheese cake that is almost raw...in addition, undeserved rudeness from the moment we entered. Rude and hasty responses, inappropriate comments made in a loud voice towards customers. I don't recommend it especially to tourists because apparently anyone who doesn't speak good French is not accepted!

29/09/2024: Toujours aussi bien, la cuisine est bonne, les vins sont bons, les serveurs sont sympathiques les serveuses aussi dans un environnement très très bien. Maintenant il va falloir voir au palais du gouverneur ce que ça va donner puisqu’ils sont obligés de changer de place. En attendant les travaux, on verra bien.

20/08/2024: As written in some of the other comments, we were also sent away with the justification that coffee is only served after 2pm. Staff and/or owner: Very unfriendly and unflexible. A pity as we made our way to the coffeeshop in vain.

13/12/2024: Hello, I was a regular consumer, and today I found a piece of plastic in my caramel muffin. So I went back to express my dissatisfaction and I had the impression that the saleswoman was making fun of me a little in the way she spoke. So she made a commercial gesture to me where I just asked for a baguette, which she wanted to serve to me with her bare hand. I told her it's not hygienic and she was going to give it to me anyway. She finally understood. I have a photo as proof... IN ADDITION, this is not the first time that I have found anomalies in the products sold: another time it was a hair in a piece of pie.

25/11/2024: I took a salad and pie menu except that in the salad I found a piece of plastic and the salad mixture must not have been washed well because I felt the earth under my teeth (feeling like eating lots of small stones) . I thought I'd make up for the pie but inside there was a piece of packaging. Very disappointed with this experience...

23/08/2024: I ordered uber eat and I first received my order cold and secondly since when do we put the cheese sauce next to the tacos and not in it? If I order a tacos with cheese and Algerian sauce, it makes sense to put the sauces inside the tacos, right?

23/08/2024: When I arrive I am greeted by a waitress who seems anything but happy to see customers. She makes us sit at a dirty table then leaves. She comes back to give us the card and then asks us to choose all that while standing there and hurrying us along. I had the burger. It looked homemade which is a good point but it was extremely dry. The waiter then goes to sit down and chat, loudly, with probably one of these friends. I had never felt so unwelcome. Another server was very nice.

21/07/2024: Go on your way an ordered Nicoise salad mentioning potatoes I'm still looking for them for sure we can't chat with 2 young ladies and at the same time be focused on what we're doing followed by a very low-end fried Frankfurt sausage and the fries were anything but cooked as for the service we had to ask twice for bread even though we were only 6 customers in total that evening, advice don't even stop there
