11/06/2026: The food was good but for the price I think you can get better cheaper elsewhere. Small quantities, it’s the first time I finished the salad because I was still hungry. The atmosphere was really nice.

09/05/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance and were delighted to return for a longer stay. The chef, Max, is also an excellent pastry chef. The prices are very reasonable, the strawberry mille-feuille is perfect: light, lightly sweetened cream and beautifully executed puff pastry. A big thank you for the warm welcome, the friendly atmosphere, and the freshness of the ingredients. We'll be back soon!

21/05/2026: I went to this restaurant yesterday to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't good. From the moment we walked in, hygiene issues were apparent: the kitchen didn't look very clean, which gave a bad first impression. Once seated, we noticed dirt accumulated in the grooves and crevices of the rustic wooden table. The cutlery was already placed directly on the table, without napkins, packaging, or any other protection, which gave the impression of a lack of attention to hygiene. The service was also complicated. The waitress who greeted us was very friendly and polite, but clearly overwhelmed. She had to serve tables, manage orders, and handle payments all by herself. Several times, it was obvious she couldn't manage everything. Unfortunately, one of our orders was forgotten, and we had to wait even longer for our food. I don't think it was her fault, but rather a problem of understaffing for the restaurant's volume of customers. Furthermore, the reservation of an autistic guest was placed in the noisiest part of the restaurant, making the experience even more uncomfortable. Finally, one of the dishes arrived incorrectly. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I believe the restaurant has potential, but it urgently needs to improve its hygiene and increase the staff, as the current employee is clearly overworked. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

08/05/2026: First time last night and really disappointed. There were two of us ordering meat... unfortunately, it was overcooked and practically inedible, and the side dishes were bland. The lights dimmed in the middle of our meal; perhaps we arrived too late... 8:30 pm? If so, they shouldn't have accepted the reservation! In short, very disappointed; only the cocktails and wine were very good. The food is clearly not worth the very high price. What a shame.

06/06/2026: The food was very good and the selection was varied. The only downside was the limited selection of non-alcoholic drinks (cocktails or beer).

23/04/2026: A move a few streets away hasn't changed the fact that the food is still excellent. The service is impeccable. I'm only giving it 3 stars for the atmosphere, despite the very nice decor, because the noise in the dining room is almost unbearable, especially when it's busy. It's a well-known restaurant in Clermont, so it's very often full. A few acoustic panels on the ceiling would certainly help.

12/05/2026: You can't please them all, and I am one of the displeased. Coming from San Diego, California, I know what Mexican food is supposed to taste like. My burrito al pastor was mostly beans and rice, and very little meat in the onion sauce. Nothing seemed fresh or imaginative. Only the picante hot sauces saved the experience. The unsmiling waiter forgot to bring my drink, so I canceled and just had plain water. I skipped dessert and just got out as quickly as possible. They need a makeover in today's standards of preparation and positive service. There's lots of competition out there.

18/05/2026: I had the opportunity to dine at Les 3 Salsas with friends in 2019. Having fond memories of it, I decided to try it again with takeout. The dish was inedible and brought back memories of school lunches. Everything is frozen; not only are the ingredients tasteless, but they're also awful. How dare they serve this for 15 euros? The restaurant was empty at 8:30 pm; I should have turned right around and left.
