01/06/2026: I ordered a pigeon with only one leg, maybe it was disabled. Nobody seemed concerned. I won't go into what happened next. The restaurant (not even a brasserie) should be avoided.

05/04/2026: We had lunch at Brasserie L'Éphémère. Our reservation was properly recorded, and we were seated immediately. The staff was friendly and attentive. The dishes were carefully prepared and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the lamb shank with coco beans on Easter Sunday. I recommend it.

18/07/2026: It was quiet in the middle of the week. I was warmly welcomed. I ordered beef skewers. The meat was tender. A pleasant place if you want to feel like you're in a riad for a while.

28/06/2026: We came for dinner as a family this weekend with our 3-year-old son. Everything was going well until he pulled a piece of metal, about 3 cm long, from his mouth. It was clearly from a metal sponge and had been mixed into his children's menu pasta carbonara. Luckily, he didn't swallow it and had the presence of mind to show it to us. We immediately informed the staff, who apologized and replaced the dish. Despite this, the incident completely ruined our appetites. We were unable to finish our meal, as our confidence in the food served had vanished. The most disappointing aspect was that no compensation was offered: we paid the full bill despite this particularly serious and unpleasant situation. Mistakes can happen, but when they involve a child's safety, we believe a minimum level of consideration for customers is essential. We left with a very negative impression of this experience.

What's YOUR problem? Do you know what my wife's first words were when she pulled those large pieces of "ceramic" out of her mouth and saw the other large pieces on her plate? "THANK GOODNESS it wasn't MY daughter who got that plate!" What's with this "impeccable" comment? What are you implying? When we go to a restaurant, we're putting "our health" in your hands! If a child had had that plate, what would have happened? For example, a bleeding mouth... Would you have written the same thing???? Where's "your delusion"? I'm dying of laughter: I didn't cause a "scandal" during this event, but I did make my remarks, comments, and complaints clear to the waiter, and I waited at least five solid minutes for someone to come over. Strangely, NO ONE came; you just left your waiter to "figure it out"! Even when it came time to pay, I gave my feedback again, and there were two waiters there. And you, where were you? Hiding somewhere, waiting for it to blow over? So you seem to be a bit more "open" online than in person! Oh, and the complimentary dish: There were four of us, and I paid a little over €85 instead of a little over €105. Do you really think I'm going to quibble over €20? On the other hand, you're not concerned about my wife's health at all?! Rest assured, I'd be happy to discuss this issue; it would be a pleasure to liven things up at your establishment! Currently on vacation, I hope to find you open at the beginning of August! WARNING: Madame's plate was badly chipped, and some "nice" pieces ended up in her salad! We only noticed it once she had already eaten a good chunk of salad and a "large" piece had fallen out of her mouth; that's when we all stopped eating. Yes, Madame's dish was complimentary, but this incident left a deep impression on us. To those of you who will be visiting this establishment, be wary of the condition of their dishes! To the owner: When you make a mistake, you should know how to keep a low profile and not try to blame the customer! A quick message asking about my wife's condition would have been appreciated too!

16/05/2026: A great find! Finally, an Asian restaurant that offers plated dishes instead of a buffet. The food was very good and plentiful.

14/02/2026: Having eaten in many Chinese restaurants, both in France and abroad, I can say that this one is clearly among the best in France. The dishes are excellent and, above all, authentic: they aren't "adapted" to the French palate; the flavors are bold, balanced, and truly present. You can feel the respect for traditional recipes. For example, the pho is served with all the authentic accompaniments (bean sprouts, lemon, chili paste, chilies, etc.), which is quite rare and worth mentioning. The portions are generous; you leave feeling more than satisfied, and the value for money is simply unbeatable considering the quality offered. A restaurant I wholeheartedly recommend to lovers of authentic Asian cuisine!

30/05/2026: We usually order from the shop, but we've noticed that the spring rolls increasingly contain fewer and fewer shrimp, or they're cut in half, and much less mint inside. It's not the first time my wife and I have mentioned this. Please pay attention next time... a disappointed customer, which is a shame.
