05/04/2026: We had lunch at Brasserie L'Éphémère. Our reservation was properly recorded, and we were seated immediately. The staff was friendly and attentive. The dishes were carefully prepared and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the lamb shank with coco beans on Easter Sunday. I recommend it.

19/05/2026: Three of us went into this restaurant without knowing it, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The dishes are authentically Italian; the pasta, tomato sauces, and cream sauces are excellent, and the chorizo ​​and pepper pizza is equally delicious. I highly recommend it.

We arrived with our small German Shepherd, and the staff welcomed us warmly, providing a water bowl for our dog and a comfortable table to make everyone feel at ease. 12/04/2026: I don't like to criticize establishments, but tonight I have to admit the owner's behavior crossed the line! At 9:11 PM, we went to the restaurant to eat, and this charming gentleman asked us to eat quickly. Surprised, I asked him, "So, no, I'm not there to eat with a slingshot." He replied, all smiles, "Well, okay." Is this normal behavior for a restaurant owner? Your opening hours, sir, need updating on Google. If you don't own a dog, you should ask yourself some serious questions. Avoid this place at all costs.

14/02/2026: Having eaten in many Chinese restaurants, both in France and abroad, I can say that this one is clearly among the best in France. The dishes are excellent and, above all, authentic: they aren't "adapted" to the French palate; the flavors are bold, balanced, and truly present. You can feel the respect for traditional recipes. For example, the pho is served with all the authentic accompaniments (bean sprouts, lemon, chili paste, chilies, etc.), which is quite rare and worth mentioning. The portions are generous; you leave feeling more than satisfied, and the value for money is simply unbeatable considering the quality offered. A restaurant I wholeheartedly recommend to lovers of authentic Asian cuisine!
