07/04/2025: Very disappointed, the staff was unpleasant. There is also not much left and when we ask for a refill we are answered in a very insolent manner... the cashier was not very kind to my children aged 13 and 15. One thing is certain, we are leaving the adventure, we are running away!

06/04/2025: I've been going to Salad & Co for several years now, and during my last visit, on the evening of Sunday, April 6, 2025, I was extremely disappointed by the quality of service, which was unfortunately very unsatisfactory. The staff present that evening were unfriendly, which is quite surprising for a usually welcoming establishment. There was a shortage of vanilla ice cream and yogurt, which we reported, simply stating that it would have been helpful to inform us in advance to better meet customer expectations. The response received was: "We're not obligated to tell you, we're not going to close the restaurant for that, and you don't come to Salad & Co just for that..." I was truly shocked by the tone and the comments made. As for the buffet, there were no chicken pieces for the salad, nor any chocolate sauce, and the cleanliness clearly left something to be desired. I wouldn't go so far as to call it a "kitchen nightmare," but it could be called a "nightmare at Salad & Co." That said, as a loyal customer, I'm still giving it 5 stars because I want to emphasize that the service is always impeccable when Kenan, Bledard, or Clément are in charge. Their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication deserve to be commended. As you can see, none of them were present that evening, which largely explains the deplorable service we encountered.

18/11/2025: My father and I arrived in Villeneuve-d'Ascq this evening. We received a very warm welcome, generous portions, quick service, and above all, fresh and delicious food. I recommend the Maroilles sauce. Thank you to the manager, and best wishes for many more successful years to your establishment.

14/06/2025: Honestly, if you pass by the area, the welcome is wonderful, the food is fast, delicious and plentiful. We eat very well there. Honestly, there should be more restaurants like this one. The team takes great care of each customer. The waitress is competent and the masterful chef has perfected his meat, during the meal they ask us if everything is okay and make sure the meal goes well.

29/11/2025: While I used to enjoy this restaurant… on several occasions, the hot dishes have been barely lukewarm, making the meal unpleasant… and even less so a desire to go back for seconds (e.g., breaded chicken, noodles, fried desserts—everything was practically cold at room temperature). The sauces also seem very diluted… The decor hasn't changed since it opened 15 years ago, and what's worse, there's dust everywhere on the glass pendant decorations hanging from the ceiling, even though people are eating right below them. They haven't been dusted in ages. It's a shame to see such neglect…

22/11/2025: There were two of us plus an 18-month-old child, and we had a very pleasant time. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent and good value for money! I highly recommend it!

04/07/2025: Came this July 4th in the morning. I'm standing in line. Normal. A saleswoman finishes with a customer, and serves the 2 customers who arrived after me (customers who were together). I say to myself, no problem, I'll be next. Well no, she again served the person who arrived after. Suffice to say that I left immediately without buying anything. Go to Marie Blachere. They don't necessarily have what I want but at least I'll be served. Too bad, now that I work in the area, I could have become a good customer. Although I already consider myself to be one.

01/02/2026: The service was cool, but the food wasn't great. The pizzas were undercooked, and the pasta carbonara tasted like plastic. I've had a stomach ache since this morning. Please avoid this place.

31/10/2025: I went to pick up a package at the Royal d'Ascq and was very disappointed with the service. The woman in charge was unpleasant and unprofessional, refusing to admit her mistake despite the facts. This attitude made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable, and does not reflect the level of service expected in this type of establishment. I do not recommend it!! Avoid it
