22/06/2026: First time visiting this establishment and an excellent experience. The welcome was very pleasant. The value for money is excellent, the portions are generous, and everyone at home enjoyed it! We recommend everyone eat there. Moreover, the opening hours (closing at 10:30 pm) are very convenient. A big thank you to the manager for his service.

13/10/2026: This is my second visit, and the situation has worsened. On my previous visit, the food was already cold, but I didn't say anything. Today, I ordered a burger and fries after work: the fries were hot, but the burger was completely cold. I politely pointed this out to the employee, who simply microwaved the burger for 30 seconds before bringing it back to me. Faced with this unacceptable practice, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager's reception was particularly dismissive and unprofessional. She refused to remake the burger, claiming it had been ready for 10 minutes, even though I had been in the restaurant for less than 5 minutes... In addition to this completely incompetent service and management, the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant are frankly appalling. It's shameful for a chain like KFC. This establishment should be avoided at all costs.

22/05/2026: Far from the city center. 15 minutes to the nearest metro station. In total, it takes 40-50 minutes to get to the center. The staff is pleasant and polite, delicious breakfast: omelet, fried sausages and bacon, many pastries to choose from, delicious coffee, fruit, a large assortment of sausages and cheeses. The room is clean, towels too, comfortable bed. There is a kettle, tea, coffee in the room. The only minus is that the room itself is small. The room is a bit cramped.

24/02/2026: Fantastic atmosphere! The food is great, the vibe is lovely, and the warmth is palpable, both in person and in the atmosphere itself! Louis is a top-notch bartender and waiter, not to mention the owner, Michel! He always has a funny little anecdote to share when the bill arrives. The chefs in the kitchen are inspired, meticulous, and professional, all with a menu that changes seasonally and features the freshest ingredients! I highly recommend it. It really brings life to this charming neighborhood in Annappes.

12/09/2026: Avoid at all costs… As a long-time customer, I am extremely disappointed… both in terms of service and quality, and as for the price, let's not even go there!!! Speaking of price, the set menu I usually order has gone up by 50%… Okay, I understand the increase in the cost of certain ingredients… but when prices skyrocket and the quantity drops considerably (the portion of fries is cut in half), it's the customer who gets ripped off! To be honest, the quality has always been average, but this establishment was convenient for me because it was close to home! Goodbye

21/09/2026: I have a soft spot for this bar located right in front of Ascq train station. I popped in on a whim for a coffee between appointments, and I really enjoyed the place. It's a true neighborhood bistro, simple, frequented by regulars, with a friendly atmosphere. The owner is very welcoming, the prices are reasonable, and the unpretentious decor adds to the charm of the place. A bar "like in the old days," which also sells tobacco and PMU (betting), with real character and without trying too hard. I don't often pass through the area, but if the opportunity arises again, I'll gladly return.

21/09/2026: Great time, I recommend it, whether with family, friends or even alone you will find what you are looking for, the dishes are delicious there is a lot of choice, the cold buffet is magnificent, the service is of quality, very responsive staff, don't serve yourself too many hot starters at once as they cool down quickly in the room, the cocktails are good and inexpensive, having already come for lunch, the evening is much more pleasant as there are fewer people and it is calmer.

11/09/2026: Very, very disappointed... I ordered from Too Good To Go until 7:30 PM, arrived at 7:32 PM, the door was slammed in my face, and the merchandise was thrown in the trash. I was told 7:30 PM, not 7:32 PM, and that I live far away. I wanted a refund. The two waitresses who were there that Friday evening, from 11 AM until closing, were very unpleasant.

17/09/2026: I had a terrible experience at McDonald's on September 17th. The service was appalling: I only received 8 nuggets out of my order of 9, they gave me BBQ sauce instead of the Chinese sauce I requested, and they completely forgot the napkins. To top it all off, the children's juice was served without a straw, and the tea cup barely had any water left. Paying €20 for this level of carelessness is simply unacceptable. In addition to the disastrous service, the restaurant was extremely dirty. No one was cleaning the tables, and the floors and restrooms were in a disgusting state. A disastrous experience; I won't be going back anytime soon!

17/09/2026: Hygiene at McDonald's is getting worse and worse. Is it too much to ask to put soap in the toilets? You go to the bathroom and you can't even wash your hands after urinating. That means all the customers do the same thing, and to leave the bathroom, everyone touches that disgusting handle and then eats their burger.
