22/03/2026: We came this evening for a table of 10. We had a terrible evening in the back room. Three tables behind us wouldn't stop yelling—and I mean yelling. They had absolutely no manners; they were talking about things children shouldn't hear. The last table could be heard throughout the entire restaurant! The fries are supposed to be unlimited, yet three plates of fries somehow got lost somewhere between the kitchen and our table. The raclette burger was very poorly presented; the slices of raclette cheese were placed directly on the meat without being melted at all. It's worth noting that McDonald's does a better job with their CBO raclette. The carafes of water took 15 minutes to arrive at our table. To finish the meal, we ordered dessert. It took over 25 minutes to arrive. We received an Americano sundae that we hadn't ordered; the cream puff finally arrived, but it was unopened, and the ice cream was just placed on top, like a hair in the soup. The manager told us there was nothing he could do about the tables that were shouting and barely offered an apology. A €10 discount on a total bill of €250. Our evening was ruined; the Buffalo Grill in Allonnes is a mere shadow of its former self! Avoid at all costs!!! Following the restaurant's response: I think that given the lack of civility, education, and consideration for others, you could easily have gone to the tables and asked them to lower the volume! You could also have pointed out that certain topics are inappropriate in the presence of minors. When children make the same comment as the adults about a table constantly shouting at the top of their lungs, the manager should deign to come and put a stop to it. We pointed out that we could hear the table (which, I remind you, was located at the very back of the room) all the way to the bar where you prepare the drinks! The rudeness was so extreme that we wondered if we were in a zoo, a factory, or even a school cafeteria! Oops, no, we were just at the Buffalo Grill in Allonne.

21/03/2026: This is a restaurant I've been going to for several years and have never been disappointed, whether for takeout or dining in. The staff is friendly and you'll always have a pleasant evening. The prices are reasonable and the food is excellent.

14/03/2026: Small, quiet restaurant. Good value for money. At our request, we were able to take home the rest of our meal, which was a relief! With the rice, soup, and salad (which, if I'm not mistaken, was celery remoulade), and finally the sushi/maki we chose, we were more than full! Well, the waitress wasn't exactly the friendliest, but we ate well 😊

26/02/2026: The meat taco (cordon bleu with barbecue sauce) is very good; the other tacos are also very good, I think. The person at the counter who served us was very helpful, and you won't get bored here. I highly recommend it.

26/03/2026: Excellent value for money at lunchtime!!! The waitress we had seemed a little shy/uncomfortable, but it didn't affect our experience. The service is fast, the tablet is easy to use, and the sushi is good—not necessarily the best sushi in Beauvais, but certainly the BEST VALUE FOR MONEY!!! It's all-you-can-eat, and out of the five courses, I can hardly imagine trying them all. Our second visit was a bit chaotic due to staff shortages in a packed restaurant. The same waitress was a little unpleasant to other customers (though not to us), and there were a few minor hiccups here and there. I'll chalk it up to the overall service, but nothing that will stop us from coming back, as it's always very good, and despite the wait, it was a very pleasant experience. Just something to keep in mind if you have other plans.

21/03/2026: A fairly large restaurant. A few parking spaces in front. Very good food. I've been going to this restaurant for a few years now and I've never been disappointed. The prices are comparable to other restaurants in Beauvais. Very good food.

13/03/2026: The pad thai was good, but not the best we've had. We felt the portions were too small for the price. The salad was bland and unseasoned. We won't be back, which is a shame.

28/02/2026: A very pleasant surprise! We ate on the terrace, which had excellent seats. The service was impeccable. I really enjoyed the €25 set menu. The ingredients were high quality, and the dishes were well-prepared. I highly recommend it!

03/04/2026: We came here for the third time with our family. The first two times, we were always served well and the food was tasty. The service itself wasn't really bad, but it was very cold, and we were ignored or not seen several times. When we received the bill and the ticket afterwards, the receipt was suddenly crumpled up and we were given €24 back. We were simply cheated right in front of our eyes, and if we hadn't been alert, we would have really paid too much here. It's a shame, because we liked coming here before heading to the airport. So, that won't be happening here next time...

08/01/2025: Stingy with the topping on the frozen yogurt. Forced to politely ask for a little more... given the price of the product I don't think it's very fair. But what is most disappointing is the offended reaction of the waitress..

26/03/2026: Very clean restaurant, quick service. With this lovely weather, it was a pleasure to enjoy a generously portioned ice cream on their terrace, shaded by parasols. Perfect.

20/03/2026: If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I'm a regular McDonald's customer, especially at this one near my home. Frankly, I was very disappointed with my visit today. Refusing a simple cheese topping... which I was ready to pay for, is incomprehensible. We're talking about a basic request that doesn't complicate the service in any way. The worst part isn't even the refusal itself, but the lack of flexibility and customer service. At a time when personalization has become the norm, being told "no" without any real explanation leaves a bitter taste. One minute it's yes, the next it's no. I come here to eat, not to haggle.
