11/12/2024: An incredible meal. I’m songlad I oive closeby and can go regularly. The restaurant ambiance is laid back. It is all about the high quality, traditional food and friendly waiters.
10/12/2024: I am happy that this restaurant of the rising sun still exists. It is an essential address for those nostalgic for Japan!

Very disappointing value for money, there is much better in terms of quality at the same price in the area
2 dishes tested: the burger with morbier (disappointing in terms of quality and lack of taste) and a piece from the butcher (red meat not tender enough). Disappointing quality of wine (brouilly) for the price. We won't come back.

27/09/2024: We went back to eat there on a Sunday with family and it was really very disappointing. Charred entrecôte and lamb chops, therefore inedible, unacceptable given the price. Even though the waiter did everything possible to sort things out with me... he still offered me a TPE with an American tipping option... are these people walking on their heads?

03/09/2024: A friendly place with attentive and responsive staff. A varied and tasty cuisine. From a quick meal to a sit-down meal, you can spend 5 minutes or 2 hours there... the place is just a little limited in number of places... too bad. I advise.
01/09/2024: Would not recommend. Was expecting good food and heard many great things about XXV. But the food was below average and there are way better places in Paris. Service was good at least

26/01/2025: In a sometimes gray city like Paris, nothing beats the appearance of a brightening of happiness to warm hearts. The Alba restaurant, carried by the brilliance of its team, was this radiant glow, a refuge where the soul finds warmth and light.
20/01/2025: Very unpleasant room manager.
Of course, we were unfortunately late compared to our reservation time due to transport, however there was still an hour of service and many customers.
The waitresses were therefore also in the same state of mind.
Fortunately, the dish was good.
In the end, we even left before customers who had arrived before us (you weren't in such a hurry after all?).
In short, if you want to eat well but in a tense atmosphere (if you are a new customer), go for it, it's up to you.

18/08/2024: Superb experience with Louise! (A big thank you to you once again!)
I was afraid that the course would just be a “recipe walkthrough”, but in fact I learned a lot!!
With Louise in any case, I learned / reviewed technical gestures, and above all (and this is what I hoped to have on the course), explanations which allow me to understand why it is necessary to do this or that thing.
I even contacted the teacher on Instagram afterwards and she was available to answer my questions
I plan to re-register for the two-day course, especially if I know that Louise will be leading the course ;)
