28/01/2025: The beef 🥩 is fork tender but can have a little more depth at least according to my partner who said he can outdo this recipe. First time to eat foie gras and did not disappoint, though! Paris brest and profiteroles for the win to cap off the day where I racked 28,000 steps.

Nice bistro atmosphere which makes the place full of life.

18/12/2024: An exceptional evening in this gourmet restaurant. The cuisine is delicious, the dishes original and we discover refined and sophisticated Italian cuisine. Little bonus! We went there on a Friday evening and it was Jazz evening. It creates a festive atmosphere without stopping us from chatting.
In short, I highly recommend.
A big thank you to the staff who welcomed us warmly.

23/09/2024: This review is mainly for the food! The restaurant has a cool atmosphere and great service, however way too expensive for the quality of the product. Most importantly, if you are craving traditional lebanese food this won’t hit the spot.
I got the hummus, which was very silky but lacked flavor. The fattoush which was awesome, probably my favorite. The beef kibbeh which I didn’t like because it came with a sweet basil sauce that I just didn’t understand.
For the main we got the mixed grilled plate: chicken was nice and juicy, kebabs were flavorful but a bit dry. The star was the garlic sauce.
So overall decent food, but extremely overpriced. I wish their flavors were more traditional.

13/12/2024: I really fell in love with this brewery. We had a snack and enjoyed real hot chocolate, cappuccino and raspberry tartlet. The place is magnificent!

The food was exquisite—every dish was perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The service was truly outstanding; the staff were attentive, warm, and made us feel like honored guests throughout the evening. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner or a refined culinary experience, Le Grand Colbert is a must-visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return!

15/12/2024: If the crème brûlée had actually been sweetened with real vanilla, then the vanilla grains would have been evenly distributed throughout the cream. To make the customer believe it was real vanilla, some black grains were spread on the inside of the bowl and then the cream was poured in.

07/01/2025: Suelo frecuentar Goiko en España y ahora que estoy de viaje en París he querido probar qué tal y este Goiko es con diferencia en el que mejor he estado.
El personal es muy amable, la pollotariana la más rica que he comido, el queso se fundía porque estaba el pan calentito, cosa que no pasa en otros Goiko en el que la loncha viene sin fundir y no sabe igual. Las patatas estaban deliciosas .
El ambiente del restaurante muy tranquilo y agradable, ideal para hacer una parada para reponer fuerzas. Si regreso a París volveré sin duda.
Como sugerencia para Goiko España : la pollotariana está mejor con pimientos cómo siguen manteniendo en Francia y no con champiñones como en España.

19/09/2024: Je suis venu à deux soirée de suite au début, je me suis dit du bar qu’il était sur mauvais soir. Finalement les deux soirées d’affilée étaient les mêmes du personnaliser désagréable qui prennent des clients de haut alors que tu fais changer les montants pour leur donner sur pourboire . Par contre je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe de Securite surtout Mehdi car grâce à à lui nous avons passé de très bonnes soirées, mais attention aux Responsable du bar qui sont très désagréables avec des gens qui sont là pour profiter et dépenser leur argent chez eux.
Si Mehdi était pas là, je ne serai pas revenu. Je suis très déçu de cet établissement qui a du personnel très désagréable. J’espère que ça remontera à la direction de Guillaume de Corse.
18/09/2024: It's not a pub rather a night club. The staff are super rude and try to act tough. But they are nothing but thiefs in black clothes. Anytime you order a drink they change the price as they like and pour how much they like. Not a descent place at all. More for spoilt teenagers, rather than a grownup crowd. The owner should stop scamming people if he doesn't want to deal with authorities for scamming tourists.

27/01/2025: This sign is scandalous. The service was so poor it was surprising. We ordered, and barely 15 minutes later, the waiters cashed us abruptly and urgently, asking us to only recommend cocktails at 18€ for each person otherwise we had to leave as quickly as possible so that they could " welcome” the next customers. Despite attempts at negotiation in a humorous tone, they were both intransigent and disrespectful, despite the total illegality of their requests regarding consumption. I advise you to boycott. This type of brand respects neither its customers nor the law and does not deserve its fame. Ignore the Instagrammable side and opt for bars that are not cash machines.
26/01/2025: Fast service and excellent food! I recommend the black Angus… in terms of setting and atmosphere, a young clientele! The best plate of our stay.. thank you ☺️

04/12/2024: Amazing creative pizzas! I would gladly eat here again. Service was also great, helpful and friendly staff. Only tiny issue is that I was seated near the door and every time it opened a cold breeze hit me, which was not ideal. That being said, I would eat here again in a moment.

The cacio e pepe pasta was much too salty, the prices were exaggerated, the staff were very pushy and we were placed at the back of the restaurant, the atmosphere of which was very dark and much less pleasant than the front 🤷🏼♀️
Only positives: delicious pizzas and Prosecco 👌

04/04/2024: My experience at Canard & Champagne was generally positive.
Located in a Parisian gallery, it's a charming little place with an original concept. However, I found that the portions were not very generous and the plates lacked a little deliciousness. In addition, the server forgot half of the cuts provided on the menu and the accompaniments for our group of 8 people. Although the server offered to share the accompaniments between us, it still did not represent the expected quantity and despite our reminders, we never had the missing accompaniments. However, despite this small downside, we still had a good time with friends.

28/09/2024: It was perfect. One of the waitresses kindly protected my friend's coat while the meat was cooking with a large towel. I really appreciated this gesture, and with a smile, very pleasant. She offered to take a photo of us when we were taking a selfie. The service is incredible, I will come back several times for sure.
