2 forgotten dishes... which arrived when everyone had finished eating.
No drinks at the table
missing 1 fork that we requested but which did not arrive...
Drinks served at the end of the meal!!!
We ask for the dessert menu..
Still no one after 20 minutes....
We therefore left very disappointed with this evening.
To avoid undeniably.
Change profession or management.

The floor was reserved by us, the meal was very good.
Concerning the service, special mention to Soraya, who demonstrated great efficiency, she is a professional, smiling, caring waitress who ensured that this group (there were many of us) lacked nothing.
Congratulations to her and the teammates who accompanied her.

Deplorable hygiene / sticky table and identical floor / Wear of chipped tables and chairs, in short, shameful furniture / come with a microscope and fissa you will run away because it sticks to the table... / unpleasant attitude of the manager who seems totally unaware of the state of this restaurant / we really have the impression of a restaurant running out of steam!
03/04/2024: Very disappointed with our visit today. Usually we are well received but not at all. The waitress (blonde with piercings) very good but the one who seems to manage the others cold is not at all pleasant. The feeling of not eating fast enough. Same collection. Children's machine that does not work. Forgot about the surprise in the menu. They smoke at the front of the restaurant facing customers. Don't you have a back door? First time I've been disappointed like this, it's a shame.

Two young employees are outside taking their break (their right) and when they finish we arrive with my companion
One of the two kindly held the door for me, my companion arriving a few seconds later did not have the same preferential treatment but rather a remark "ah well he won't come back" except that miss this dear "him" was my companion and so we went to see the competition for our meal this evening
With this subway lievin message you lose 2 loyal customers

24/03/2024: We are really disappointed we came today the hamburgers, Mexicanos and kebabs were cold plus we paid 50 euros the prices have increased a lot what a shame before it was really better.

We can park very easily thanks to the Gambetta car park.
The setting is nice with Italian music in the background.
The owners are great.
The service is fast and very courteous.
The food is excellent, 100% homemade with very good value for money.
There is something for every taste.

07/03/2024: I have just received my Uber Eat order, the quality of the bowles is excellent, but I had also ordered sushi and unfortunately they were forgotten because I did not receive them, probably a careless error, too bad
02/03/2024: Loyal customer for years, I was very disappointed the last two times: the quality of the dishes and food is no longer what it used to be, some do not seem fresh, others seem reheated or have been there for a while . I'm disappointed because it's a restaurant I used to go to with my family and we were always very well received. Unfortunately, we will not go back there again and will go to another restaurant which offers the same concept with more quality and more choice, especially at this price!
Improve all that if you don't want to lose your customers and who knows, maybe one day we'll try the experience again...

18/02/2024: The salad in a bowl on the plate, once removed, the plate is sad, a steak bathed in fat with fries, I make the same at home for 4 or 5 euros. For 18th it hurts when even. Fortunately the atmosphere is good. and yes the mayonnaise is homemade....at home too 🫠
