16/02/2026: I visited here to get some to-go because I heard it was delicious! The staff were so friendly and greeted me in Korean, which was so nice! ☺️ The pizza was delicious, and the dough was so chewy! I happily ordered some to-go and enjoyed it at my hotel! I highly recommend this place💕

10/03/2026: Saved us from pre-hotel starvation! 🥖👀 We were wandering around Megève waiting for our hotel room to be ready when we spotted a long queue. Naturally, we joined it and it was the best decision of the day! A quick warning: There is no seating. This is a "grab your food and eat it on the street" kind of place. But wow, the food! I had one of the best sandwiches I have had lately. If you need a quick, top-tier bite and do not mind a little standing picnic, do not let the line scare you away. It moves fast and the reward is worth it.

04/02/2026: This establishment offers perfectly acceptable quality cuisine for a tourist spot right in the heart of Megève. The value for money is good, and the selection is quite varied. Special mention goes to the staff, who are truly fantastic, with a special shout-out to Amélie, the Quebecer, and the Colombian, who make the experience even more enjoyable. From the Belgians 😁

16/01/2026: A lovely restaurant in the heart of old Annecy. Warm welcome, beautiful decor, and super friendly waiters. The tartiflette served with a salad was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The desserts were also excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

14/03/2026: Lol, so when I asked the GPS for Bella Romana, it sent me here. Okay, apparently that changed in December 2025. These days, Bouillon restaurants are all the rage; they're popping up everywhere. The waiter was fantastic: smiling, efficient, and incredibly fast. As for the food, I'm a bit ambivalent. I'll definitely try it again, but my first time wasn't great. One bite of meat had a lot of gristle, and the portion of fries was barely enough for a child. The restaurant was quiet at first, but as soon as it filled up, it became incredibly noisy.

27/02/2026: We have tried pizza from several pizzerias in the neighborhood. Now we always order here, because at the end of the day it is never better elsewhere. The couple owning the place is very friendly and when I order I can pick up in 20 min (never been longer). Additionally, my son thinks he likes tiramisu. The reality is that he only likes the tiramisu from this place. When we try elsewhere he never likes it.😅

01/02/2026: I love seeing how businesses react to customers at my locations. And I have to say, despite the language barrier and some adjustments to our pizza choices, the quality and taste are truly excellent, so I'd say it's well deserved.

11/03/2026: To give you an idea of ​​when to call: during peak season at the end of February, I called at 7:15 PM, and the first available pickup was at 9:00 PM. I had a friendly chat with the two team members present during pickup; they were working hard to deliver great pizzas!

08/10/2025: A family-run Swiss gîte in the hamlet of Montroc, our last stop on the TMB! Setting: it's hard to imagine a more picturesque town than Montroc. Just a handful of homes and a few gîtes, incredible views, no stores or restaurants to speak of. The gîte itself was set on the edge of town, and had lovely outdoor lounging space. Reception: Very friendly. The owner greeted us and personally showed us our room and the shared facilities. Boots and poles go right in the entry hall, very convenient, and we could take our bags into our room. Showers: Just glorious. The shower room was large, with lots of shelving far away from the shower to set dry clothes. The shower was big, clean, hot, had great pressure, and was free of charge. They simply ask for guests to keep showers to 5 minutes or less out of courtesy to others/the environment, which is totally reasonable. Toilets: very clean, and each in its own room off of the hallway, so private as well. Laundry: no machine laundry, but we saw a line to hang hand washing. Food: There was a nice snack/drink menu available before dinner. Dinner itself was lovely, with multiple courses brought to the tables by the owner himself (bottles of wine were also available for purchase). We had incredible salads with fresh fruit & veg, bread & local cheese, and a hearty mushroom dish as the main. Breakfast was nice as well, with fresh pastries, coffee/tea, and cereal. Rooms: about 10 bunks in our room, so a bit tighter, but VERY clean and nicely laid out with some shelving available. It did get very warm at night, even more so than other refuges, and even though it was a cool evening in September. If the person in the bunk by the window doesn't open it, everyone will be sweating. The mattress was new and clean, but rather firm. WiFi: They had it, but we had 5G connection and didn't use it. Outlets: there were several in our room and more in the common area.
