27/03/2026: For us, this became ‘the little place with the rude farmer’. Nice terrace, good coffee and tea, but an incredibly rude employee taking the orders. We used to come here regularly last year, but there is now an employee walking around whom we didn't know yet. From now on, we will just take the chairlift opposite the terrace up and then enjoy the restaurant you arrive at right away (Le Chalet). Delicious waffles, large cup of tea, beautiful terrace, and friendly staff.

I had la piratella which was expertly cooked!

16/02/2026: I visited here to get some to-go because I heard it was delicious! The staff were so friendly and greeted me in Korean, which was so nice! ☺️ The pizza was delicious, and the dough was so chewy! I happily ordered some to-go and enjoyed it at my hotel! I highly recommend this place💕

04/04/2026: Wonderful! We had a fantastic meal without needing a menu translation (unlike some trendy restaurants). A very nice menu, and reasonably priced. The welcome and service were very friendly and professional. Thank you, we had a lovely family meal with home-style cooking. There's a large parking lot in front.

10/04/2026: Very affordable and decent to go food. A great place to grab a sandwich or salad. Staff was great and seemed to want to make good food. Was in town for a week and just grabbed a good meal here a few times. There is a small park nearby where you can sit down and eat.
20/03/2026: Best sandwich ever, the bread is delicious. Perfect welcome, fast service.
I recommend this place.

Excellent experience at La Guélage!
The pizzas are absolutely delicious, generous, and made with quality ingredients. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere very pleasant, and the service impeccable.

11/03/2026: To give you an idea of when to call: during peak season at the end of February, I called at 7:15 PM, and the first available pickup was at 9:00 PM.
I had a friendly chat with the two team members present during pickup; they were working hard to deliver great pizzas!

12/04/2026: The gîte is very well located, not far from hiking trails and situated throughout the property. Dinners and breakfasts were hearty and prepared with delicious seasonal vegetables. Furthermore, if you are hiking the TMB (Tour du Mont Blanc), this refuge is located on the route.

24/04/2026: A fantastic discovery tonight! The Neapolitan pizza was delicious, the crust perfectly cooked, quite thin but still holding its shape, and the toppings were very generous and high quality. The service was also very pleasant, which was a real plus.
After trying several other pizzas in Évian, this is definitely where we'll be back!

We ate lunch yesterday at Agora. We had the dish of the day: pork tenderloin with caramel sauce and rice, which was excellent, generous, and beautifully presented. We also had dessert: strawberry tiramisu and crème brûlée, both very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The pizzas are excellent as well; I've never had a burrata pizza like this one. Congratulations to the chef!
We received a very warm welcome all week, whether for coffee, afternoon tea, or a meal, from the friendly and pleasant waiter and the owners, who were always smiling and easy to talk to. It's worth mentioning, as this is rare these days.
We were already familiar with the restaurant, having been regular customers for years. It hasn't changed, and we will gladly return. We wish you a wonderful end to the 2026 winter season.
