24/11/2025: I made a special trip to eat at this pizzeria, which was listed as *open today* on Google. When I arrived, the door was *closed* and there were no signs or notices. It's really a shame not to update the opening hours or inform customers. A little more communication would be appreciated.

12/02/2026: We were served by Gildas, he was incredible. The food was great, the service was great, this place was 10/10 for us.
10/02/2026: There were nine of us, and we enjoyed some delicious, light, and crispy pizzas.
The new pizza chef is very friendly and skilled.
Our plates went home empty.

24/10/2025: I am dismayed by the telephone reception I received following my request for an explanation. The pro forma invoice contains errors regarding the number of people and the arrival and departure dates, even though everything had been specified in the reservation email. When you have to pay a substantial deposit, the least you can do is get an answer without being hung up on!!!

07/02/2026: The smoking room is poorly insulated. Too much cigarette smoke gets into the main dance hall. The music gets a zero.
07/02/2026: The place is okay overall, but the sound is really, really bad. Too much bass, too loud! I don't come often, but every time I regret it 🙃 They really need to do something about the sound system!!

30/01/2026: The pizza was still as good as ever, but last night the pizza maker and his partner, his brother, given their resemblance, took it upon themselves to insult us in Tunisian Arabic because we hadn't bought two lunar soft drinks. For all bilingual and civilized people, please remain calm if you upset the pizza maker.

22/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome, the service was quick, the food was excellent, and the staff were very attentive to our 15-month-old child.
We will definitely return during our stay, as our experience at this restaurant was the complete opposite of the negative reviews we had read.

Service was terrible. Long wait for our order to be taken.
Waiter seemed to spend more time on his phone.
Food was an embarrassment to French cuisine.
Steak served raw then nuked in a microwave. Absolutely drenched in some unidentified 'sauce' with tinned vegetables and 9 chips.
Paid £28 for that. Splendid stuff.
Had the audacity to actually ask for a tip 🤣
I'll give you a tip... train your staff and employ a new chef.

28/02/2026: The worst restaurant we’ve been to during our week in Chamonix. The staff showed funeral faces and were arrogant toward clients. The waiter, Sabri, who served us didn’t speak and simply pointed to where we should sit. The salad was just plain green leaves with low-quality tomatoes. Very disappointing overall.
28/02/2026: Absolutely appalling place. They could not care less. Do not be sucked in. They ignore you, act like you’re an inconvenience, drop food off with a clatter, use your table as a staging area, go off and have a smoke, let you go get your own cutlery from other tables … and then when you’re paying expect a tip. “You give a tip for the service” … “the service was terrible”.

20/09/2024: Attention of 10, fast and very friendly. We were served by a waiter who, realizing that we were Spanish, served us in Spanish. The 9.70 menu of half a pizza and half a salad was delicious, more than enough quantity. The desserts were also up to par, the cookie tiramisu and the lemon tiramisu were very delicious. Unbeatable value for money.

22/01/2026: I frequently order takeout from Urban when I'm at work. The food is delicious and plentiful. The prices are more than reasonable considering I get it delivered to my workplace. The delivery drivers and staff are also very friendly. For me, it's the go-to place for tasty lunches. I admit I wish there were more options. The soups are amazing! Thanks, Urban!

The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, willing to recommend drinks based on my personal taste. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and originality of the cocktails offered. 02/08/2024: La Marmotte d’Or is a very nice pub in Montriond because the staff are very nice they are also welcoming the service is very good and the food is amazing and there is a very nice view. If you like drinking in pubs in montriond I would highly recommend this pub.
