07/08/2024: Good pizzas, but too bad they are not as garnished as those at the heric kiosk. First experience in Héric which made us look around our home, we found the Saint Mars kiosk but ultimately we didn't find what had struck us the first time, too bad.

18/08/2024: Très bonne adresse à Ancenis pour manger d'excellentes pizzas ; pizzas copieuses et très bonnes. Les desserts étaient également très copieux. Nous y avons découvert la terrasse extérieure, très agréable. Accueil sympathique, serveur un peu trop "présent" qui ne laissait pas trop de temps pour choisir et pour manger.

18/08/2024: Very good place in Ancenis to eat excellent pizzas; Hearty and very good pizzas. The desserts were also very generous. We discovered the outdoor terrace, which was very pleasant. Friendly welcome, only small downside waiter a little too "present" who didn't leave too much time to choose and eat

05/12/2024: explanation of the difference between the rating and the experience we had there: They flag negative comments as "shocking, obscene, vulgar or inciting hatred".... 15 mins to just take our order, acras (the best I've tasted, really a big plus) and 2 glasses of kir. We ordered the starters and main courses at the same time (because the waitress wanted to take everything at once even though we told her that we had not yet chosen the main courses). We NEVER SAW OUR STARTERS, the dishes arrived cold and when I pointed this out, the waitress left without a response and came back "you don't want the starters then"... So we ate our dish then waited an eternity... we finally decided not to have dessert given the wait and asked if there was Moroccan tea. We were told yes, I asked again that it wasn't mint tea in a bag and with real fresh mint. We ended up with bagged twinning mint tea with lots of sugar...all of which I stressed I didn't want. If the waitress had warned us that they didn't have any we would have settled for a good coffee.. So we stayed more than 2 hours for acras, dishes and tea. No action was made. Loss of income for the establishment (what we had planned to have): 2 starters, 2 desserts, 1 bottle of wine (because we did not have our starters, we still had the aperitif for the main course), future customers. I would have liked to end my birthday on a less bitter note...

01/11/2024: Positive point: excellent food Negatives: - The service, 50min wait for the main dishes. Everyone served around us, the waitress presented us with bad dishes. After calling out to her to ask when the good ones will be ready, we are reprimanded, claiming that she was waiting for us to finish our drinks before throwing our dishes in the kitchen... owning up to her mistake with an apology would have been much more appreciated. - Calling us colloquially “the girls” when we are a group in our thirties is a no. Especially when we give “gentlemen” to the next table which had the same average age - Not enough change to return €11…

26/09/2024: We had the chance to discover this establishment during our vacation and we really had a great time. The pizzas are excellent, as are the pastas, without forgetting the warm welcome, the perfect service and the cozy decoration. We will come back during our next visit to Nantes.

22/09/2024: Excellent pizzeria. The pizzas are thin crust which is becoming increasingly rare and cooked over a wood fire 👌. I've been going there for 11 years and they are still just as good, the staff is always attentive. I highly recommend!

30/08/2024: Today it's pizza 🍕 I've been waiting for a long time to eat pizza 🍕 Pizza day at my house is reward day The reward after long weeks without deviation in order to maximize your health Today 08/30/24 I order at 8 p.m. They tell me it's not possible before 9:45 p.m. Okay, it's pizza day. I'm patient, waiting 2 hours for a pizza by myself It's weird but ok It's wood-fired, it must be crazy considering the reviews I arrive at 9:40 p.m. 9:50 p.m. I'm asked if I want to order a pizza? 10 minutes in the void without reception, a dirty atmosphere weighs on without a word Not a good evening Anyway 9:50 p.m. I explain to him that I ordered a pizza Nothing was ready 22:00 I have MY VEGAN PIZZA with truffle oil (which is truffle in name only) I think it has been forgotten like saying hello or good evening when someone starts a discussion impossible to wait I sit in front of the neighboring bakery AND An UNCUT pizza 😂 I go back and ask for it to be cut The pizza maker with glasses asks me if I want it cut into 6!? The pizza maker answers me 42 very gently And the boss gets offended and loses his temper when I point this out to him That said, in passing, a customer who was waiting very kindly told me that everyone was capable of using a knife. So I ate my pizza (no wow, it's spread out with the machine, there's no soul) There is no hand ✋🏼 of the pizza maker in the dough It's just an old assembly assembled by a guy who gets his supplies from METRO, he is not at all commercial or professional I encourage you to talk for 5 minutes with the boss; you will understand what I am saying for yourself.
