01/09/2026: There were three of us, and we wanted to order two pizzas, knowing we have small appetites. We were made to understand quite clearly that three pizzas were "MANDATORY," one per person. We ended up ordering two pizzas plus some gnocchi… and as expected, we didn't even finish: a whole pizza was left over. The welcome was cold, there was no understanding, and above all, their approach was frankly unacceptable. We go to a restaurant to choose what we want to eat, not to have portions dictated to us. A very bad experience; we won't be back.

06/08/2026: The welcome was already terrible; we felt like we were bothering them. The pizzas had frozen ingredients for a relatively high price, and the crust was only averagely cooked.

01/09/2026: Excellent, homemade mango ice cream! I recommend tasting the available flavors before ordering your ice cream.

18/08/2026: Always a warm welcome. A wide variety of products, artisanal ice cream with the best value for money in Clisson.

11/08/2026: I had the pleasure of enjoying a handmade, wood-fired pizza. It was truly excellent. The preparation was incredibly fast; we ordered and it was ready in 10 minutes. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming, with attentive and high-quality service. If I return to Pornic, I will gladly eat pizzas here again. I highly recommend it.

14/07/2026: We ordered two pizzas last night; they weren't very topped and were overcooked. For the price, we expected better. We wanted to support a local business rather than a food truck... We regret it.

15/07/2026: Honestly, always top-notch! We're regular customers with the BigKiff menu: 2+2 Cannibal and Algerian 😉 The team is always smiling, always laughing and chatting, a really great atmosphere. Always on time, orders respected, and the two times there were mistakes, they were corrected and the employees apologized, even though they don't make mistakes. When I read some of the comments about customers being ripped off or being scammed, I really appreciate the number of times I've been there and the employees have always followed hygiene procedures: sneezing into their elbows, washing their hands, etc. In conclusion, that's all for now. Don't change a thing, stay just as you are, always so warm, smiling, and welcoming. I highly recommend it! See you soon for another order! 🙂🙂

The entire team is fantastic: always welcoming, warm, smiling, and very professional. We're greeted with a smile every time we visit, and that's truly a pleasure. The pizzas are excellent, the ingredients are high-quality, and the recipes are consistently delicious. Preparation is quick, cooking is perfect, and delivery is efficient. The service is consistent, and you can feel their genuine desire to satisfy customers. A little shout-out from your VIP loyal customer: you'll surely recognize me, it's Mr. 2+2 Menu, always with my must-have Algerian and Cannibal pizzas. 😄 Thank you to the whole team for your good humor and professionalism. 18/05/2026: No choice of dish, not good, plate of pasta with 2 slices of chorizo, it's a joke. If you take a main course and dessert, don't change your mind halfway through because they refuse. They didn't even change the dessert for a coffee, they refused. Receipt marked as paid in cash when it was paid by credit card.

09/08/2026: Okay, what I thought was just "Speed"/fast food... actually it's speed AND healthy! The burger is amazing. Cherry tomato, avocado, onion salad... The bun and chicken seem to be better quality than average what you find elsewhere in the same category. Cool!

11/08/2026: Absolutely pointless, a flammekueche dough, goat cheese and honey pizza with a TOMATO base. The crust is dense and burnt… €18 for a pizza 😂 for such mediocre quality*

29/07/2026: I order a BBQ Chicken pizza and a calzone, instead of the calzones they gave me a oceane fish pizza, to which I am alergic. When I came back to tell them the mistake they start complaining that I ordered that fish pizza, which is impossible because I am alergic to it, at the end after see the bad manners of the people working there I left the fish pizza there and I left without what I ordered in the first place. I hope they are proud about how they treat their clients…

22/09/2026: The saleswoman Maria is super nice, I recommend meeting her because she's really cool, it's a nice change from pizzerias.

05/09/2026: The pizza I received was incomplete. I called the restaurant and sent them photos to show the problem. They acknowledged the issue but still refused to do anything about it. Very disappointing, especially for a delivery order.

30/06/2026: Bad takeout experience: one pesto without arugula but with ham (not listed on the website, so I didn't eat any), a persillade with garlic powder..., mediocre mushrooms in the pizzas - low-quality ingredients). The restaurant was dusty when we arrived, the pizza maker wasn't wearing gloves, his hands were in his hair followed by hands in the Gruyère cheese... Personally, our family isn't suited to this type of restaurant. We weren't prepared. So we ate the leftovers from the fridge, 50 euros down the drain. For us, they need better hygiene procedures, higher quality food, and recipes like homemade persillade made with fresh garlic, not powder.

30/04/2026: We ordered online for pickup, the pickup time was adjusted to a later time (15 minutes), but that didn't bother us. The pizza tasted good, wasn't overly topped, and wasn't too greasy. I personally thought the dough was fantastic. 👍

25/08/2026: Following my order, I am very disappointed. I ordered two pizzas (Bel Canto and Scala). The dough isn't fresh; it's literally industrial dough... dry and mushy. There are three tiny pieces of potato on top, and the salmon pizza tastes exactly the same as the Scala. Both pizzas are topped with 95% cheese. It's truly disappointing. I STRONGLY advise against ordering from this place for pizza lovers.

24/08/2026: I am very dissatisfied. I ordered a pizza at 8:30 PM, and the person who answered the phone (very unpleasant) told me it would be 30 minutes, but I received the pizza more than 50 minutes later. The pizza was soggy and completely cold. The delivery driver didn't apologize and simply took my money and left without saying goodbye. Avoid this company.
