05/08/2026: A pizzeria renowned thanks to José!!! I've been a loyal customer for years, even after moving to another region. Every time I came back, I always enjoyed visiting José and eating at his place. Quality service and a smile are always guaranteed! I thought he would have given in to someone with values! I tried several times, but the quality was never there. I gave it a chance at the beginning, but not this time! More friends I sent to this place who were disappointed, and now I don't recommend it myself! Sorry, no sense of business at all, the quality has gone downhill! I think only José's reputation still reigns, but that won't last much longer!

23/07/2026: Friendly welcome and atmosphere. Very clean restaurant. Excellent and generous pizzas. Excellent homemade ice cream in good quantities. I recommend this establishment. We will gladly return.

04/04/2026: Fantastic experience at this pizzeria! 🍕 The owners were amazing, incredibly friendly and welcoming, it was a real pleasure. The pizzas were excellent, generously topped, and delicious. Special mention to Lordko, the adorable little mascot, who adds even more charm and a really cool atmosphere to the place. We'll definitely be back!

19/07/2026: This pizzeria offers quality pizzas made with good ingredients; however, the staff apparently refuse to take orders. They never answer the phone after about ten calls, even though they're open, which is a shame because the pizzas are good, as I mentioned. I even experienced this myself one day. By sheer luck, I managed to place an order, but when I arrived to pick it up, I could see the phone was ringing endlessly with no one answering. The phone was simply ignored. I'll order elsewhere from now on.

02/06/2026: Terrace overlooking the lake, impeccable service, excellent cuisine. Moreover, under the setting sun and the sound of frogs... Bravo.

30/05/2026: The campsite looks like it's about to be shut down. The back section is completely neglected, the sanitary block there is out of order and ready for demolition. Next to it are a tour bus and a motorhome; the police drove through in the evening – why? And next to that, a "hoarder" caravan. Not a pretty sight. Next to the campsite in the evening, there was extreme noise pollution from heated discussions, so we moved at 10:30 pm. The functioning sanitary block (3 showers, 3 separate toilets for men and women for the entire campsite) was cleaned in the morning, but looked exactly the same afterward. The children's pool was closed, and swimming in the lake was prohibited. The woman at reception was unfriendly. We wouldn't come back. €26.80 per night. No electricity!

16/07/2026: At first glance, the owner seemed a bit rough around the edges, but after a few exchanges, he was very friendly. The pizzas were generously topped, though the crust wasn't to my liking. The drinks were nice and cold.

06/07/2026: Passing through La Bourboule the weekend of July 4-5, 2026, on our way back to our accommodation, we stopped by Chalet de l'Ours. We spoke to the pizza maker, who was very pleasant and friendly. He invited us to sit down before taking our order. He was missing an ingredient for one of the pizzas we had ordered, and he told us right away and offered a substitute. The pizzas arrived, and to be honest, they were excellent! The crust was thin, not at all thick, and the toppings were just right—not too heavy, but made with quality ingredients and full of flavor! I highly recommend this restaurant, as the owner is incredibly kind and caring, especially towards children! See you soon!

23/04/2026: Even frozen pizzas are better… The Gruyère cheese must be from a cheap supermarket… like everything else. The tomato sauce is watered down and tasteless… the cooking is haphazard, not to mention the dough, and you have to cook the onions too… In short… It's hell… no pizza maker, or even an amateur who learned how to make a pizza on YouTube, would allow this; it's almost malicious… and not even ashamed?
