24/04/2026: We tried this pizza on a Friday, because Fridays are for pizza 😎 It's sometimes hard to explain how something as simple and humble as pizza can be so delicious! It was perfect! Crispy edges, a deliciously light crust, a super tasty 🍅 sauce, and soft cheese! It's simply a pizza that if you're in Tignes, you absolutely have to try! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My only advice is to call ahead and arrange a pickup time so you don't have to wait at the restaurant... But if you have to wait, do it! I hope I haven't raised too many expectations! ☺️

16/05/2026: We returned after a disappointing first visit following the change of ownership. But we were pleasantly surprised on our second visit. The pizzas were generously topped and delicious. The waitress and pizza chef were friendly. We'll definitely go back with our daughter.

05/04/2026: Meh! Apart from the location (right on the slopes), everything else is mediocre! A lasagna with two sheets of pasta and a spoonful of Bolognese sauce, a hard and barely filled croque monsieur, and burnt fries... The value for money is disappointing.

22/04/2026: I've been to this pizzeria several times with friends, and everything had always gone well, but our last experience was truly unacceptable. We ordered a takeaway pizza with honey and goat cheese. There was probably a mix-up: my friend said "miel" (honey) and I said "honey." When we got home and opened the box, we discovered a completely different pizza, with meat and hot sauce (which is particularly problematic since my friend is vegetarian). We calmly returned to the restaurant to explain the situation, even apologizing for the possible confusion. Despite this, the pizza maker's reaction was completely disproportionate: he became angry, raised his voice, and insisted that the mistake was entirely ours. He made no attempt to find a solution. The most disappointing aspect was the manager's attitude, who witnessed the scene without intervening, allowing his employee to continue speaking to us aggressively. When we asked if we should pay for the new pizza, the pizza maker started yelling again, blaming us for the mistake, even though it was obvious we would never have ordered a meat pizza, especially since one of us is vegetarian. The experience was so unpleasant that we decided never to return. Mistakes happen, but how customers are treated makes all the difference—and here, it was very poor.

22/04/2026: We were regular customers of this establishment for a while, but after what happened, we won't be going back. One day, we ordered a "honey" pizza, but the pizza maker thought we had "Haníbal" (meat). Being vegetarian, when we received the pizza and realized the mistake, we tried to return it calmly and respectfully. Instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding or at least handling the situation professionally, the pizza maker reacted very rudely. He spoke to us disrespectfully, refused any solution, and blamed us, showing no interest whatsoever in resolving the problem or treating regular customers properly. I can understand that mistakes happen, especially with language, but what is unacceptable is the lack of respect and the attitude towards customers. Making mistakes is human; mistreating customers is not. I do not recommend this place.

05/04/2026: We stopped at Chalet des Mérégers on a recommendation for their pizza. The welcome was warm, and we were told to expect a 40-minute wait, which was fine. The drinks arrived quickly. But then… nothing. After 30 minutes, our glasses were empty, and the waitress had disappeared. At 60 minutes, we asked where the pizza was: "It's coming." At 75 minutes, the same thing happened: "It's on its way." After an hour and a half, we left without eating. What disappointed us most was the attitude: whenever we asked questions, the waitress seemed annoyed, as if we were difficult customers. The beginning was promising, but the friendliness quickly evaporated. Avoid.

28/04/2026: At the beginning, everything went very well. We had made a reservation, and the service was smooth. After the main course, suddenly no one came to our table anymore. The people serving our side of the dining room were walking around everywhere except where they were supposed to be. We had to ask for the dessert menu ourselves. I asked for a coffee twice. Eventually, I got one (I’ve never had to wait so long for a coffee). The coffee was listed twice on the bill, though; they do enter it twice. Check your bill!

18/04/2026: A transformation from après-ski to fine dining! Sports TV off, à la carte on... fully booked, delicious, and unique. Good wines, great beers meet tasty food. A little playful and on the verge of being full. But exquisite! Not cheap, but high quality. Thank you

06/04/2026: I tried several dishes here. Visited twice for lasagna ! It was very delicious. Tiramisu is very light and big portion. The pasta was having some seeds (that I didn’t pay attention on the description), so it was not really for me. They have very light genepi, good after a meal for shot.

24/03/2026: At the foot of the slopes, a sunny terrace that opens early. Splendid mountain views. Excellent service.

17/04/2026: The pizzas are ridiculously small; it's a shame you don't include the advertised ingredients! The "Campaign" pizza has no bacon, onions, or cream, and the "Carnivore" pizza has no cream. Very disappointing!

05/04/2026: The bartender mocked my wife by imitating an Asian accent. This was disrespectful and racist behavior, accompanied by an unpleasant attitude.

05/04/2026: Outrageous experience. The bartender who served me greeted me with an Asian accent, clearly mocking me. It's not only disrespectful, but frankly shameful. His attitude was arrogant from beginning to end, as if he looked down on the customers. It's a far cry from the professionalism expected in this type of establishment. If this is what "service" is, he'd be better off finding another line of work. Avoid at all costs.

11/05/2026: The website isn't up to date. You order the pizza of the month and they prepare completely different pizzas without even telling you. They tell you to come back and they'll see about making something else, but then they're out of stock. It's a disgrace to pay for something you can't eat. I've been a customer for years, but that's it. Avoid this place at all costs; they have absolutely no respect for their customers.
