09/03/2024: Great culinary experience in this historic restaurant in Evry Courcouronnes. I haven't been back since 2003 (in the meantime the chef has changed). We were received by a warm welcome and appetizers fresh from the oven. The chef later came to meet us to present the menu. We opt for the homemade foie gras and its chutney, the sweetbreads and the blanquette of lotte vielle France. Generous portion, fresh and quality products. For dessert, the floating island was delicious. All the ingredients for a pleasant time at the table. We feel that chef Thierry is passionate. He transmits his love of cooking to us through his beautiful plates. We had a pleasant time: thank you to the restaurant Le Canal: faultless from start to finish. Very good continuation and see you soon.

No glasses to replace those for the aperitif, fatty and not at all salty fries, no bread on offer. The dishes are placed on the table without any delicacy, brutes so to speak. Mr. or Madam the manager of this restaurant that we experienced much better service, do not rest too much on your laurels because loyalty does not go hand in hand with the lack of consideration from the customers and could, in the long run, lose a lot. We don't come to the restaurant just to fill our bellies but rather to have a pleasant time. As far as we are concerned, we are going to forget about this seafood factory.

11/05/2024: Grenobloise this is not my first meal in this restaurant. The plates are plentiful and the waitresses pleasant and professional... I had the misfortune of having a glass of wine spilled on my jeans and the waitress was able to immediately provide me with a solution. To err is human and I hope this waitress was not lectured by her boss. It really doesn't matter to me! They wanted to wash my pants...I did not accept and to make up for this "mistake" desserts for 3 people were offered. Thank you for this gesture and I’ll see you soon! I would happily come back! 02/09/2023: Voici un père qui enfonce se sa fille qui se fout de son destin et qui m'envoie les huissiers à la maison pour des dettes qu'il a pas payé quelle honte alors qu'il a un restaurant et qu'il est toujours au RSA bravo la France donc intouchable et pas de pension alimentaire et pas de vacances partagées je publie ceci parce que j'en ai marre et il y a des gens qui estime comment peut-on estimer un mec qui n'aime pas ses enfants il aime peut-être les enfants des autres parasites néfaste !!!
