All the details were made with love and fresh - we will definitely come again especially the politeness an sweetness how we were treated made our day magical. Thank you!!

11/05/2026: A good Japanese restaurant in the center of Clermont-Ferrand. However, we waited 25 minutes for our meal to be prepared, and they didn't even offer a discount. No can of soda, nor the usual 10% discount for takeout. Luckily, the sushi and skewers were good.

25/06/2026: I came here with a small group for lunch. The menu is on the front of the menu, and the à la carte options are on the back, catering to everyone's tastes (e.g., vegetarians). The dishes we were served were well-prepared and delicious (great job in the kitchen). The portion sizes were perhaps a little small considering the ingredients and price, a point echoed in other reviews. But that's an understandable pricing strategy. Almost everything went smoothly except... that the owner, who was serving, seemed, in my opinion, to lack both business acumen and empathy. Our group consisted of people who are at a stage in their lives where they need to be more careful with their finances than others. But they made the effort to join the group. When ordering, two people in our group wanted to swap desserts: the one who had ordered the set menu wanted one of the desserts from the à la carte menu, and offered his dessert from the set menu to the one who had ordered a main course (the latter being on a tight budget). The owner refused, explaining that she needed to keep her business afloat (I don't remember her exact words, but everyone heard and understood the gist of it). As a result, the one who ordered the set menu was charged for an à la carte dessert (which is naturally more expensive than the set menu dessert), and the other (who is on a budget) was also charged for an à la carte dessert. I used to be a shopkeeper: this kind of attitude has no place here! The outcome of this whole affair: out of solidarity with our friend, the owner won't see us again, she'll have peace of mind without customers trying to rip her off, and we'll be safe from another robbery by her. P.S.: One more annoying "detail" is that the owner tends to complain about electronic payment methods (meal vouchers and even credit cards), explaining that the commission on these transactions eats into her profit margin. Even though I paid in cash that day, for me, that really takes the cake! The owner completely forgets to consider that she sees some customers thanks to meal vouchers, and that she would see others thanks to holiday vouchers! Perhaps she'll remember this when she's going through a period of reduced business. Just to clarify, because I sometimes hear that meal vouchers are "a gift": 100% of the meal voucher is funded by the employee's work. Approximately half the voucher's value is a contribution from the company (whose wealth is created by the employees' labor), exempt from social security contributions, and the other half is deducted from the employee's payslip (this deduction is made at the very end, so the employee has already paid social security contributions on the amount). Meal vouchers are a payroll supplement that offers exemptions to the employer, but they are not a gift to the employee, a portion of whose salary is allocated to food (it's fortunate that we can still use meal vouchers for grocery shopping, because the voucher's value in 2026 will be around 9 euros... there aren't many restaurant meals at that price, just junk food to take away).

The only slightly disappointing thing is that it's not mentioned that there are vegetable spring rolls in the vegetarian bun (so it's not really necessary to order the spring rolls as a starter).

It’s the perfect spot to relax with a coffee, enjoy great food, take a break, and soak in the atmosphere of the city. The surrounding area is lively, clean, and welcoming, with fantastic shopping and beautiful views all around. During the Christmas season, the markets are a real highlight — full of lights, festive stalls, local food, and a warm family atmosphere. Le Parc du Coq just nearby adds a peaceful touch, making it ideal for families, friends, or even a quiet moment alone. A wonderful place to stop, rest, eat, and enjoy Clermont-Ferrand at its best.

03/12/2025: I like this shopping center. It's missing a nice home decor store. Too many sportswear/sneaker shops. The restrooms at Jaude 2 need renovating. To attract people to the city center, it would be helpful for customers to have a discount voucher for parking after making a purchase at the mall.

25/06/2026: The pizza prosciutto was excellent. Very good price too. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star for the dessert: the crème brûlée tasted quite burnt in places.
