20/01/2026: I bought a pack of Marlboro cigarettes at this tobacconist. They were very dry, irritating to the throat, and clearly unfit and dangerous to smoke. I went back to report it, but the shopkeeper offered no solution whatsoever—no gesture of goodwill, no interest whatsoever.
When you sell products you pay for, the least you can do is take responsibility when there's a defect.
Avoid this place; I do not recommend it.
22/12/2025: I just went back inside to get some cigarettes, there's a tobacco corner inside.

01/02/2026: Ordered a plate for delivery. They handle the delivery themselves, but it's very slow; I had to call back because the driver hadn't even left yet. The portion was ridiculously small. You have to pay an extra €1.60 just to get a spoonful of rice. It's dry and tasteless. First and last time for me. The tiny piece of bread they provided was at least good.
31/01/2026: A very warm welcome; the owner and servers were very friendly and welcoming. The food is homemade and excellent. I highly recommend it!

05/02/2026: Who opens their door at 5:15 pm to two wandering, hungry, and exhausted women during the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival? L'Extrême-Orient... A haven away from the endless queues, delicately flavored cuisine, a warm welcome, and as a bonus, a friendly dog. Push open the door, you won't be disappointed!

11/12/2025: Great restaurant find! Warm and friendly welcome. Excellent home cooking… go without hesitation, you'll leave with a smile on your face ;) I personally had a stew and snails, and for dessert, a raspberry and pastis flan… a real discovery!
14/11/2025: The service was appalling, as usual. They don't even know the words "hello" or "thank you." They're clearly only pleasant with their friends. The two people who worked that evening would have been better off managing a prison.

I advise against ordering food; stick to drinks. Exorbitant prices: a cheese board of average quality for €17, consisting of a few slices of brie and a sort of tomme cheese.

14/12/2025: Nothing is more unpleasant than a shopkeeper who doesn't give even two minutes of attention to the customer they're serving, instead chatting with someone who just strolls in and cuts in front of everyone while a pregnant woman waits. The products are good and high-quality, but service matters too.

13/02/2026: One of the best bars in Clermont, right in the city center so easily accessible, with a variety of themed nights! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing, the crowd is so friendly… It was a pleasure to DJ there, thanks to the whole team 😉

11/01/2026: The kebab was very generously filled and delicious. I have a big appetite, and my stomach was stuffed. Kebab and fries for 10 euros. I went after reading other customers' complaints, tried it, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I give it 5 stars. The atmosphere is classic and understated, perfect for eating near the train station. Just look at the photos. Highly recommended.
