You can explicitly request hot oil in the instructions with every order, but it's no use; it's always missing. If you can't even manage this basic requirement, you should find another line of work. As far as I'm concerned, from now on, there will be no more prepayments. It will be payment by credit card upon delivery. It's one of two things: either the pizza will come with hot oil, in which case payment will be immediate, or it won't, in which case the order will be simply refused. And I have a pretty good idea of ​​who will lose out the most. I urge you to weigh up the cost of fulfilling a basic and legitimate customer request in your industry (offering hot oil) against your raw material costs, labor costs, energy costs, other fixed costs, and delivery costs. A word to the wise!

10/04/2026: What a disappointment! I ordered butifara sandwiches, empanadas, and ceviche to take away… €70. We had to throw the sandwiches away: the pork wasn't cooked and there was more fat than meat. The empanadas were too sweet and had peas in them. Only the ceviche was good. It's worth noting that we know Peruvian cuisine very well, and it's usually excellent, as we are Franco-Peruvian. You're better off going to Barraceviche (6th arrondissement) or Mochica Café (3rd arrondissement): cheaper and much better.

07/03/2026: The menu was extremely limited, and of the three courses, none were acceptable: the octopus was tough, the ceviche was too salty and overly spicy, and the portions were tiny, leaving us hungry. No bread was available. Overall, it was overpriced for such a meager meal. We went to another restaurant on our way out. If this is a preview of their fine-dining restaurant, it's going to be amazing!
