16/07/2026: My favorite Asian restaurant: everything is great, the welcome and service are LOVELY, the food is very good, the restaurant is clean and pleasant, I love everything! We come very often with my grandmother.
09/07/2026: An excellent restaurant on Rue Garibaldi. We thoroughly enjoyed a variety of specialties.
Everything was very fresh, with a special mention for the perfectly golden gyozas served on a boat-shaped platter. The portions are generous and the presentation is elegant, making for a particularly pleasant meal.
We will definitely return to try the rest of the menu. A truly delightful experience.

08/05/2026: The food was excellent, the skewers were superb!! Having menu options with both sushi and skewers was perfect for someone as indecisive as me 😄 The service was continuous, giving us plenty of time to finish our soup and salad! The place was calm and pleasant.
I highly recommend it :)
06/05/2026: After trying a very good Japanese curry and a succulent ramen, I'm stuffed, as they say.

10/05/2026: How to eat Japanese food in the heart of Lyon? This is the place to go. A concise menu featuring all the essential Japanese dishes and specialties, from appetizers to desserts. A wide selection of beers and sake. Small dining room on the ground floor and a lovely room upstairs. The chef is the sole master of his tiny kitchen, and his wife provides friendly service. Takeout and delivery are available.

05/08/2026: Parking is difficult in the evening; if needed, there's the Brotteaux parking lot 400m away.
Easy to park on a Sunday at lunchtime.
A very nice experience. Reservation made in advance through The Fork.
Nice decor.
Everything is very good. The chicken skewer was exceptional, and the seaweed was a nice touch.
€26 for adults in the evening and €14 for children, excluding drinks.

24/05/2026: Everything was delicious, the staff was friendly, and most importantly—something that's rare—the prices are affordable with impeccable food quality! (€13.40 for lunch: miso soup + rice + coleslaw + 6 salmon and avocado California rolls + 6 salmon maki rolls is literally unbeatable, especially in the 6th arrondissement. They also generously offered me a free drink.) I highly recommend it!! ✨

02/05/2026: Disappointed… We had a reservation for 9 pm, were seated at 9:15 pm, and the waitress gave us a disdainful look. The skewers were cold, the gyozas were cold, the samosas were cold, and the tempura was cold; there was very little variety of sushi. The servers completely ignored our request for the dishes included in the all-you-can-eat option (€28.50, which we didn't deserve). It's a shame; we won't be returning.

11/07/2026: The service and coffee are always impeccable, but the store is an absolute oven. It would be great if they finally fixed the air conditioning, which has been out of order for at least a year!
11/07/2026: I still agree with my previous review, but I'm deducting one star for the atmosphere due to the air conditioning. It's been broken for a year now. Avoid this place on a hot afternoon.
----- A great place run by true specialists who are also very friendly.

21/07/2026: Best food I had in Lyon! I was surprised that we got miso soup each and a salad prior our dish and it was included as apperitive. Food very tasty - best ramen I've ever had. Staff very friendly - perfect english language which was a bonus. Strongly recommended.I would like to include photos but cant see that option here.
28/05/2026: "Very good and generous portions. Sushi and maki prepared and cut to order. Very good value for money," I wrote a few months ago... today, a salmon maki dish with not-very-tender salmon and two standard cheese skewers for €23.50... 50 meters further on, I pass Sully, which is listed in Michelin and Gault & Millau. A starter, main course, and dessert for €27, which is €2.50 more... Well, that's it for sushi...

The service was quick, attentive, and friendly.
The sushi was excellent.
However, the noise and the constant flow of people make it feel more like a cafeteria than a restaurant.
Nevertheless, I highly recommend this place.
28/03/2026: A fantastic discovery: the fried shrimp maki (which didn't look very appealing on the menu), and the spicy salmon maki too!
The gyoza were perfectly cooked and piping hot; we loved them! Enjoy!

17/06/2026: Excellent! I always order from there with my family because I live right next door and I've never been disappointed! The sushi is excellent, served in 15-20 minutes max. It's not even that expensive because compared to other sushi places in the same neighborhood where a plate of 12 sushi is €18, here it's €15-16. They're currently having phone problems; I hope it gets resolved quickly, but order on Uber Eats, I swear you won't be disappointed! 🥹
10/06/2026: The waitress wasn't friendly, she forgot to give me the wasabi, and when I asked for more ginger, they just served standard portions.
There wasn't much sushi flavor.
I didn't recommend it.
