28/04/2024: Be careful, if you book the family area, you will find yourself confined to the upper floor, which has nothing to do with the photos: cold atmosphere, which looks more like an office space than a restaurant. When we made this remark to the waiter and the manager, we were assured that it was intentional to isolate the families. Checking the site, we recognized the photos of the place, which indeed correspond... to the space titled "Work"! Paying €42 to eat at office tables, away from the restaurant, accessible via a concrete staircase more worthy of a parking lot than a restaurant, is a shame, and the proven lie regarding the use of this space is unworthy.

03/04/2024: I didn't know the Novotel. Basically, I had a reservation at a restaurant nearby, but my friends were late... Here I am 45 minutes early... Why not have a cocktail? I met Camille, an adorable and extraordinary person who was able to directly understand my tastes in cocktails. It was excellent ! Thank you for the welcome and kindness. Being in the restaurant business myself, this is super important. I will come back with pleasure. Beautiful setting, nice welcome and above all with a smile! I recommend the place! Thank you Camille.
01/04/2024: We stayed 2 nights during a visit to Lyon.
The room we were in unfortunately did not meet Novotel standards.
Mold in the bathroom, only 1 working electrical outlet in the room, dirty and damaged carpets.
Correct welcome but lack of information because they did not explain to us that the parking code changed every day at the exit.
The location of the hotel is good because it is close to transport and a concert hall.
However, we were listened to by the receptionist when we left who informed us that some rooms were due for renovation and that ours was one of them. She granted us a commercial gesture. Thanks to her.

12/05/2024: We had dinner with friends Saturday evening. The service is very very long, 45 minutes before the first drinks arrive. Starters: excellent gyozas, grilled eggplant not exceptional. For the dishes, the cod would have deserved a little more cooking and the truffle dishes a little more knowledge (summer truffles by the way). No dessert.
For the atmosphere, we were seated on the terrace, the place is very beautiful but the music is not necessarily suited to the clientele. Not what we expected to hear for a restaurant atmosphere.

Arrival at 12:15 p.m. served at 1 p.m.……. with a cold “day” menu. Frozen industrial fish both literally and figuratively, industrial fries for a “daily” dish. Plate sent back to be reheated but returned after 10 mins……
Fortunately the minimum is 1…
A gesture was made by the waitress all the same…
29/03/2024: Catastrophic experience.
More than 40 minutes of waiting for a simple daily menu which arrives completely cold, the impression of eating a CROUS dish.
The vegetables were inedible, the fries and fish were frozen or even raw... not to mention the incompetence of the waiters...
Fortunately, Google does not allow a 0 rating which would have been totally deserved.

14/03/2024: Best snack in the 7th, especially their tacos with Algerian sauce, kebab meat better than the marinade, small downside the pizzas are not great but no big deal, go there they make the best tacos in Lyon!! Amazing and cleaner and the manager is very helpful!

04/05/2024: After ordering a strawberry syrup at 10:30 p.m. I am not ready to forget this water syrup that I had the honor of putting in contact with my taste buds
Big for the server Abdel whose kindness equals his professionalism, the technique was there at all times of the preparation of the drink whether it was filling or stirring and so on.
In short, excellent experience, too bad I'm poor, I would have liked to tip.
29/04/2024: Little quiet evening with friends, small board to share, generous and squid rings, here too the quantity is present, the quality too for that matter. Come and spend a pleasant time in the company of the staff, either outside under the large trees or inside (they have a mezzanine...)

15/03/2024: Nice restaurant but the decoration is rather basic, the dishes are good but not very plentiful.
Especially the restaurant room quickly gets noisy which is not necessarily pleasant throughout the meal.
The service was rather quick.
Too bad we didn't have a jug of water.
