18/08/2026: We've known this restaurant since it opened, but lately, while the food is still decent, even good, the service has been increasingly disappointing. Do the servers (men and women) enjoy their work? We doubt it. It's a shame, as it really spoils our enjoyment. Since this is the second or third time we've encountered this problem, we're wondering if we'll go back. Here are three examples among many: 1. My wife ordered a bottle of water and I ordered a beer. The beer arrived, but not the water. I had to get up to ask for it. It finally arrived, but the server brought it to us looking visibly annoyed. 2. Another example: we ordered three dishes for the two of us and specified that we wanted all three served at the same time. After complaining, when the third dish arrived, we had almost finished the first two. Too bad, as it was meant to be a side dish. 3. And finally, when we complained to a waitress, she took it badly. I hope the management of the Panasia reads this review and takes it into account. They should be wary; the Mexican restaurant just downstairs has very friendly waiters, and the food, in its own way, isn't bad either.

23/09/2026: I am incredibly grateful to this restaurant for offering gluten-free pizzas. Being intolerant and having celiac disease, finding fast food or restaurants that offer gluten-free alternatives is extremely rare, and in addition to offering gluten-free options, their pizza is absolutely delicious. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for thinking of those who can't eat regular pizza. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

21/09/2026: This pizzeria has exceptional gluten-free options. The pizzas are absolutely delicious, as are the pasta dishes, both gluten-free and regular. The dining area is quite peaceful and the decor is pleasant. The pizzas taste fantastic, the portions are generous, and the truffle specialty offers a flavor journey for truffle lovers while allowing those who don't like the taste of mushrooms to choose completely different options. I highly recommend it.

29/08/2026: Overall, the experience was positive; the cruise was enjoyable, as were the food and service. A minor drawback during our last visit was that the lock passage took longer than expected, meaning we only had 20 minutes of free time in Neuville-sur-Saône instead of the usual 45 minutes. In other words, you shouldn't stray too far from the boat! Regarding the food, the dishes were listed as a side dish with mashed potatoes, but no one received any, which is a shame considering the set menu and the number of customers known in advance! When we inquired about this omission, we were told there were "supply problems." Passing by the kitchen, we saw two magnificent gastronorm trays of potatoes—what are we to make of that?! It's a shame, but the experience is still worthwhile.

12/06/2026: It's always a pleasure to arrive at this hotel, which exceeds Novotel standards. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Well located for my needs (close to the A7/M7 motorway). But the main draw is its staff, who are always available, professional, and friendly. This week, a special mention goes to Quila and Vaïté, but the entire team (both Reception and Restaurant) deserves praise. I highly recommend this establishment.

13/09/2026: I just celebrated my daughter's 20th birthday. We had a fantastic evening! The manager was incredibly attentive! The team was amazing! The DJ was fantastic! The food was delicious! And the venue was simply magnificent! I recommend it 1000%! Thank you again for this wonderful evening.

17/08/2026: A truly wonderful spot in the 7th arrondissement! The brasserie has been completely renovated with great taste and style, and it also boasts a lovely outdoor terrace. The food is absolutely delicious; the chef is excellent, the ingredients are top-notch, and the service is always warm and welcoming. A beautiful establishment with excellent value for money: the prices are more than reasonable for the quality offered. I highly recommend it.

05/09/2026: I mentioned I'm allergic to onions. I found onions in my sandwich. I called. "Oh yes, sorry, I can make you another sandwich." It never occurred to him that food allergies can be serious. I said goodbye, and he hung up on me.

28/09/2026: Cash money good Khmer noodle soup that's worth every Euro. You CAN get pho here, but you want their special, the Phnom Penh noodle soup. Pork, shrimp, calamari, tripe - and more - plus a savory broth (14€ for normal, +2.50€ for a large bowl), the noodles come out quick. I usually get a coconut juice or an espresso (afterwards) to get a little pep with my meal. This is a casual eatery - dine solo, or bring a group of friends or family! I've been coming here for years, and my interactions with the staff have been pleasant. It probably helps that I can speak broken Cambodian and French, though? Credit accepted.

11/09/2026: An exceptional culinary experience for the taste buds!! Dishes tasted: Spring rolls (crispy and flavorful), Pho (traditional soup with an excellent, fragrant herb broth), Beef vermicelli (a flavor that reminds me of my trip to Vietnam—a true "madeleine de Proust"! So flavorful and aromatic! A real treat! 👍👏😋 Excellent welcome from the owners—kindness, humor, and courtesy! We returned the following week and I absolutely recommend it!! 26/07/2026: Went for brunch and the food was genuinely great – would come back for that alone. Coffee was fine, nothing special, just a solid cup. Unfortunately the service brought the experience down: our waitress was curt and seemed annoyed by basic requests... Nothing dramatic, just an unwelcoming vibe that took the shine off an otherwise good meal. Food quality is there; hoping it was an off day for the staff.
