15/02/2026: Just the restaurant. The service was rushed and cold. They didn't hesitate to move tables even though you're just having dessert and it's barely 9:30 PM. The quality has declined. Salt everywhere. (Meurotte cheese. Cabbage as an amuse-bouche. Mushrooms in the chicken.) Where are the bacon and cream? Disappointed, we won't be back!

22/03/2026: Warm welcome, excellent service. Very good products, perfectly cooked meat, excellent value for money! Very pleasantly surprised; the food has been of much higher quality since the change of chef.

03/03/2026: A meal with friends (7 people) on the recommendation of the guesthouse owner. We were very disappointed by the quality of the various dishes and the service. We had the set menu for €26. The butcher's cut, ordered rare, arrived medium-rare. The trout fillet with Flemish carbonnade sauce was overcooked; the sauce was very disappointing and bitter. The accompanying vegetables—potatoes, carrots, and zucchini—were waterlogged and tasteless. The poached eggs in red wine sauce and the fried fish appetizers were satisfactory. The calf's head and tongue were enjoyable. The setting (reception in an "air-conditioned room") was noisy, and the service was very slow.

03/03/2026: We were left freezing outside while there was a free table inside. The starter was served on the terrace, and after we insisted, they finally seated us inside. We all ordered calf's head, which was disgusting; the meat was swimming in a pool of vinegar along with the vegetables. We looked under the table to see if the gribiche sauce was there! To top it all off, we had ordered pear tarts, but they served us lemon tarts instead. They showed no remorse when we complained (many other dissatisfied customers).

07/03/2026: A warm welcome, the manager was great, and so was the owner. I enjoyed my mussels and fries (homemade fries) with a good draft beer, and for dessert, a homemade vacherin. The owner even came to check on me to make sure everything was alright. Keep up the good work, I have your encouragement, and I'll be back to try the calf's head. Thank you!

03/01/2026: A disappointment for our lunch. The calf's head was undercooked and served cold with a sour gribiche sauce. The dessert was good. I won't be back.
