24/09/2024: Dinner Friday September 20. Out of 6 people, 3 were sick. The cause? The meat of Beef Tataki and Crying Tiger.
How is this possible after so much attention, what if someone had any allergies, we ask, etc...?
Not to mention that this tasteless fusion cuisine was really not good.
Too bad because the place had charm and the owner was attentive.

very clean room
very good breakfast
but hotel in the city center, non-air-conditioned room with large view and very noisy and busy street
a good welcome all the same but there was no hook at all!!!
In short, we won't come back
20/07/2024: I do not recommend this hotel at all. At the reception very unpleasant It is better to take an f1 hotel than this hotel

14/09/2024: We were 4 friends delighted with our evening at l'Insolite. We had eaten at the edge of Lake Bourget before and then came dancing! Very friendly team, great atmosphere, the cocktails, beers and soft drinks offered were very good. We left when there were too many people on the track around 1am. Clientele mostly in their forties on Friday evening. Go there on Saturday evening if you want a slightly younger atmosphere. Play more hits from the 80s/90s on Friday evenings.

01/09/2024: Hotel not great! The rooms are not up to standard (especially the bathroom, no grab bar to get out of the bathtub for the elderly, the windows are not cleaned, the air conditioning did not work when it was adjusted, it was not given to me especially noted that the heat was not possible in the room.
22/07/2024: It's not worth more than 2 stars. Very cold welcome when we arrived. The next day at breakfast, no hello from the employee who arrived to take her shift, not very professional and commercializing this behavior. More than mediocre room which deserves a good refresh.

2 questions to ask yourself....
Would you like to go there in a very pretty setting with attentive staff, table service and an elegance and glitter worthy of a good restaurant.
Or do you want what we ask of a restaurant to have personality, flavor, emotion in the dish....(Which I can afford for at least €45 per meal/head).
We are absolutely not there,
Burrata certainly very good accompanied by gazpacho...ok
A fillet of uncooked sea bream...ok
Cheese plate...ok...
Don't get too excited.
Well yes excellent no, way too expensive for the service.
I can't dissuade you, but I certainly can't advise you
16/09/2024: I’m not going to talk only about the BRUNCH + SPA offer:
Brunch was completely empty! There was nothing except olives and beets! A shame!
I ask for bread, it is brought to me 20 minutes later... even no more water...
Everyone complained, the staff was running around looking for solutions!
The hot dishes were also empty even though we were there at 1:30 p.m.…
Only take the SPA which was very good though!
Living in Chambéry, I will not fail to provide great publicity for this catastrophic brunch!

30/11/2024: 2x in a month that we come. A very friendly young man cleared our table each time. Very pleasant and with a big smile.
28/11/2024: I regularly stop by this restaurant for my lunch break. I travel the route between Chambéry and Aix every week. It’s my moment of rest and well-being of the day. You feel good there, it's clean, well, they're nice. Perfect for my meal break. Thanks to the team.

21/07/2024: C’est pas ça, on vous y reçoit froidement, l’impression d’être privilégié lorsqu’on en franchit la porte, la baguette est plus est plus cher que partout ailleurs et la qualité ne le justifie pas.

Bread, sorry but we have to stop with this supermarket bread. There's a problem in the lab 😞
I took 2 apple pies: overcooking which brings bitterness (it still remains in my mouth), a relative quality of the apples and the dough and a real problem with balance.
The rest was nice, the bakery is tempting and the staff is nice and helpful. The essential thing for a bakery is missing: mastering the basics!

A découvrir pour l ambiance chaleureuse et décontractée l équipe très sympa et la cuisine est très bonne ( crêpe mont blanc 👌) bon rapport qualité prix ok 👍

01/07/2024: A bakery that doesn’t look like much at first glance but which hides excellent sandwiches.
In addition to very good toppings, the “country” style bread that accompanies them is killer! A delight !!
Special mention for the raw ham mozza tomato sandwich which gave me a great time!
Finally, I would like to highlight the absolutely charming welcome from the employees!

11/08/2024: Petit établissement situé le long de l’Esplanade avec vue sur le lac proposant une petite carte de type brasserie, les prix sont corrects .
25/07/2024: Service rapide (trop peut-être car je me suis senti obligé de vite terminer), l'assiette de mon amie a été débarrassé alors que je n'avais pas terminé. Le serveur venait souvent donc si l'on voulait qqch c'était bien mais on sent qu'il y a des habitués et les tables sont assez rapprochées donc quand les serveurs viennent 25 fois discuter avec eux, on ne s'entend plus parler entre nous. C'est dommage car le plat était très bon et copieux avec un cadre magnifique et aéré car vue sur le lac.

31/08/2024: We used to order a few years ago. The last two times we were very disappointed. And yesterday was one too many times. Infamous pizza. No more taste. I think the basic ingredients were replaced by very low quality ingredients: the result was really not good pizza. We couldn't finish anything. And my daughter threw up all night. Very disappointed unfortunately we will not come back.
10/08/2024: We ordered a 4 cheese from Pizza chic, fast, efficient and welcoming and they are very good, nothing more to add. Very satisfied.

19/07/2024: I have just had a very bad experience in this establishment that I have been frequenting since 2017. I am really disappointed with the service and the hygiene.
I would like to point out that I have never had any problems there before, but today it was huge.
So, here is my story:
I came home and ordered a Bistro menu for around €8 with quiche Lorraine, apple tart and a Sprite to eat on site, the quiche was warmed up by a very kind lady of course, so far everything was going well, then when taking the apple pie, I noticed that her colleague was taking a pie and replacing the apple slices on it with her fingers without gloves, I came and said then this young lady made me understand that it wasn't my pie, that mine was already in the package, so Okay...! So I received my order and I went to sit down to eat, then my mouth became bitter (Besides, I wonder why my mouth was still bitter an hour later, it's not normal.) But Short...
I noticed that the rest of the quiche that was in the package was burnt, so I went back inside to mention that and the young lady who had touched the slices of tart came up to me and told me that the quiches are all like that and it's normal, so I say "OK", "so I have to throw it away", she answers me (OK!) as if nothing had happened.
So I go back to eat my tart and I notice little crumbs of burntness in the apricot topping, I'm going to mention this and there! It takes on a whole new dimension. The young lady started telling me that if I don't like what's there, I can just go somewhere else, because she's been working there for 2 years and the quiches have always been like that as well as apple pies. Fortunately his colleague came to calm things down and made a very "kind" little commercial gesture, "while telling me all the same: (if everyone did that for a can of Sprite). So I told him that it was he who asked me what I wanted, so if this is the turn it takes, I'll leave it to you I say small commercial gesture, because in the end, I consumed 2 Sprites for €8. whereas just before, I was at single price The most expensive Sprites of my life.

Following the owner's response:
It's not a question of price you don't put anything in it. People are willing to pay more to eat well, but not to eat less. I removed half of the bread from the 2 sandwiches, look at the photo there is nothing in it.
22/08/2024: Icy welcome, impossible to taste an orange juice before buying it knowing that it costs €5.40 and that the oranges are a little rotten. Orange juice results. Acidic and bitter undrinkable even with sugar these unacceptable the haughty and arrogant saleswoman really disappointed, I will never set foot in this bakery again

21/09/2024: DISAPPOINTING, XENOPHOBIA AND HOMOPHOBIA.
You want to be rejected by your appearance. You are welcome. There were 2 of us, well dressed for the establishment and the time of year. We were recommended to write a letter of complaint. This box disappointed me with any improvement in the open-mindedness of a society where we accepted each other.
Between 2 30-year-olds who just want to have fun and two 20-year-olds. Which ones will consume the most and create the most atmosphere? It's really a shame.
ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT RECOMMEND.
20/09/2024: Ahmed, George and Dimitri, a really lovely bouncer and manager. A attentive team who does everything to ensure you have a good evening. A great establishment with a good atmosphere where security reigns.
