25/07/2026: The dishes were very generous and truly delicious; no complaints about the food. However, the service disappointed us. The waiter's welcome was unpleasant, and when we pointed out that the price of the menu displayed on the chalkboard didn't match the price we were charged, he refused to acknowledge the mistake or try to find a solution. Fortunately, the manager intervened professionally and resolved the situation. It's a shame that the waiter's attitude marred what could have been an excellent experience.

15/07/2026: Lovely terrace with a lake view. Friendly welcome and good service. Simple but decent dishes. Good value for money.

12/06/2026: Beautiful hotel with a magnificent spa (pool, jacuzzi, etc.). However, upon arrival, and despite having registered our license plate number beforehand (during booking), the garage remained closed! We spoke to reception to resolve the issue. Then, the elevator was out of order, meaning we had to walk four flights of stairs!

08/05/2026: The alarm went off twice, very shrill and unpleasant for several minutes; a small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated! Plus, I didn't like my meal!

13/07/2026: While the bar is really nice inside and the wine selection is extensive, the prices for the platters and other sharing platters are very high compared to the portion sizes. Paying €25 for a mixed platter is fine, but it should include a bit more of everything.

10/05/2026: Dancing is possible, but the layout and organization are unsuitable. The front room could be reserved solely for dancing, with chairs around it, and the large back area for drinks. Drinking on the dance floor should be prohibited. Bar service could be improved. More dance nights for couples would be welcome 🤷🏻‍♂️

18/07/2026: It's a disgrace! The toilets are outside the gaming area. When I left, I wanted to use them, but I was literally refused entry under the pretext that I wasn't going to gamble again afterward, even though I had made a purchase there. Denying access to the toilets under these circumstances is unacceptable. Well done, you managed to ruin in two seconds the whole good experience I was leaving with, all for something so basic.

05/07/2026: We arrived at 9 pm... it was only at our request that our order was taken and our drinks served 30 minutes later.... We were there for two hours... an interminable amount of time. The inexperienced waitress apologized, but we didn't know what the problem was because we weren't the only ones annoyed by the wait... seeing others being served. In any case, the manager didn't apologize, and no compensation was offered. The meal was good, but this long wait ruined what should have been a pleasant and relaxing experience.

12/07/2026: The welcome and service were impeccable; however, the menu has drastically changed, which is regrettable: There are far fewer choices in terms of dishes. Previously, there was a wide selection of pizzas, pasta, various burgers, different cuts of meat, and several desserts. To our surprise, we expected to find this range of choices since the old menu is still displayed on the website. However, once we arrived, we were presented with a chalkboard menu (similar to daily specials) with very limited options for choosing a main course or dessert, making the experience somewhat frustrating. On the other hand, the drinks menu remains excellent, and the cocktails were very good. In my opinion, it would be best to reconsider this menu change to ensure a fully satisfying experience that lives up to previous positive reviews.

09/07/2026: We went there one evening; it wasn't crowded, but the waitress's warm welcome convinced us to come, and we didn't regret it. We decided to order two burgers, one spicy chicken and the other beef, and both were absolutely delicious. Plus, the homemade fries and salad were perfect!

31/07/2026: Great products, you want to buy everything! Breakfast on the terrace. Parking available. Friendly staff. I had a delicious lemon brioche, and the espresso and hot chocolate were excellent. Thank you for a lovely experience.

20/07/2026: The pains au chocolat we ordered were truly incredible. It's a shame that the blond woman, as soon as she realized we didn't speak French, started looking annoyed, as if I were doing her a favor by having me in front of her at that moment. It's truly a shame that such a great place like this has such rude staff.
