23/03/2024: We had made a reservation 2 weeks in advance, but upon arrival it turned out that they had not recorded it. Instead of to apologize, the owners blamed us and asked for proof whether we had actually called. No alternative offered nor help to find another place. Zero service and zero customer friendliness.

10/03/2024: An exceptional setting, take the time to look up and admire the architecture of the time. My wife and I thank the communications department, as well as the management for the activities held during the year, we have a great time at the Grand Cercle Casino in Aix les Bains every time we go there.
10/03/2024: Very nice casino, I went there 10 years ago, unless I'm mistaken, it was nicer! The machines made more…. Yesterday spent a lot of money in an hour, and had no fun! Argument with a sad character who had left his machine and where there were 18 francs! Class!

14/01/2024: We took the wrong route... but in the end it allowed us to discover this family restaurant where we ate very well and were very well received... I recommend the cockerel as a main course... A treat!
25/12/2023: Really nice evening with three friends, after a concert...relaxed atmosphere, discreet and efficient service, copious plates, filled with quality products...What else? 😉 I recommend without reservation!!

05/04/2024: I have never had such a disgusting pinacolada…. We don't smell the rum or the coconut, it was only a pineapple juice that you can find in a supermarket for 2 euros a bottle except that here we paid 9 euros for it.... Fortunately the server was very friendly!
30/03/2024: Delicious food! Too bad that we received the wrong bill twice, but otherwise nice service and delicious food!

02/04/2024: Very clean hotel, room not given on time but gesture made for the delay instead of leaving at 12:00 p.m. suddenly at 1:00 p.m. on the other hand lunch not great too much mess waiting on the stairs
never seen before and not worthy of a 4 star aqua fun space a bit small and the same it's not easy one thing on one floor and the other on another other not very easy to access go up take another elevator. we did 4 stars and really much better and much cheaper because I find that the price is excessive for the services. And really the strong point is the cleanliness.
02/04/2024: Magnificent stay at the Golden Tulip: hotel very well located in the city center, very pleasant staff, very spacious and comfortable superior room, more than generous and varied breakfast.
The La Parenthese spa with direct access is just perfect with a quiet and relaxing floor for adults and a floor where children are accepted and which is very well decorated.
Romantic weekend to repeat!!

04/02/2024: We ordered 2 chicken pancakes, we only ate salad, the fries were good but cold when we collected the order. Besides, I ordered pan chicken + kebab meat and I had 3 pieces of pan chicken and no trace of the kebab meat, and neither the Algerian sauce

A drink stolen by uber eats....
Everyone blames each other and we pay.... ashamed...
We have 2 boys for whom we paid 2 drinks.....
As a result we are robbed....
So our boys shared just one drink.
Stolen by the delivery man Lucas, a black guy from usber eats

22/03/2024: Waitress in bad faith when we tell her that the fondue is rubbery and tasteless despite the four cheeses. There were 3 of us saying it and the rest of the cheese clearly showed it.... But 0 commercial gesture. She got the drinks wrong and the wine had a heavy deposit and a harsh taste. She called us almost liars. We understand better why it was the only empty restaurant....

27/03/2024: Everything was good no digestion problems the children also loved it we made an order for 64eur for 2 adults and 2 children and we ate really well I think it's pretty decent

+ the spa which is of quality with the possibility of treatments
06/04/2024: Very pleasant establishment, perfect cleanliness. Very generous meal at the restaurant and good cuisine.
The welcome could be improved by putting a document in the rooms specifying that you must register at the restaurant for one of the two services, that there are aquagym classes, etc.
At the restaurant, we experienced somewhat disorganized service and stress among the servers. it's a shame.
