26/07/2026: We came because the restaurant had changed since the disastrous previous establishment… we wanted to give it another chance despite the disappointments of previous years, but today, July 2026, nothing has changed, still the same owner, which seems to be the reason: the meat wasn't fresh, the portions were skimpy, and we ended up with food poisoning! Besides, the TikTok posts are misleading! The burger I ate was absolutely nothing like what they show online.

07/07/2026: I came this morning to buy a raspberry tartlet. When I got home, I noticed that several raspberries were moldy or no longer fresh. For a pastry costing €3.90, I find this really disappointing. I think a quick check of the products before selling them would be appreciated.

25/06/2026: Finally, a change of ownership! It's a welcome change from the dragon who was running the show back then. The store has been completely renovated, and the products are still the same high-quality Mie Caline—you have to like them, it depends on your taste. The service is pleasant and efficient.

25/05/2026: The spa is incredible, the restaurant is the opposite: mass-produced food, incredibly slow service, avoid it!

25/05/2026: We were disappointed with our stay at the Hotel Adelphia in Aix-les-Bains. Our room didn't have air conditioning, which made our stay uncomfortable. The grounds were poorly maintained: dirty, uncleaned tables, no parasols, etc. Furthermore, the staff weren't particularly friendly or welcoming.

08/08/2026: Avoid at all costs! A Cuba Libre with Negrita liqueur was absolutely disgusting. I told the waitress it was undrinkable and that she could take it away. I expected her to offer to make it again, or at least not charge me. When I went to pay, one of the waitresses, completely unfriendly, wouldn't listen; her job was to take the money. The Sicilian owner wouldn't listen either. I got a firm "no." Completely unprofessional. For me, that's the past!

07/07/2026: Absolutely avoid this place! The rude staff threatened us to leave their hotel and parking lot! We booked a room for €120 for three people, and the parking fee of €10 for one night wasn't even included in the price. The room smelled musty, the bathroom looked like it was from the war era—it's not a hotel, more like a haunted house. The photos are nothing like reality.

04/11/2025: Great time with the family, we were right to arrive early. The meal was perfectly fine, the desserts were nothing special.

01/11/2025: Stopped by several times for a coffee or a drink, small platters... alone, with family, or for a business meeting. After several years, I've concluded: a lot of turnover, very young servers, probably paid a pittance according to the pay scale, and the same managers rotating through the chain's establishments (you rarely see them in the dining room, not even during rush hour). In short, the recipe for toxic, cushy management that damages the city's reputation, and which should be replaced by people passionate about their work and who know how to run a business. And also, probably, they should pay them properly to avoid driving away their staff and discouraging young people from this wonderful profession. I recently remember a young woman, Lola, I think, who deserves to be a manager. Quick, professional, smiling, but stressed. You can feel the stress of the servers and the difficulties they face. People clearly come here for the setting, the proximity to the Parc Floral. It's magnificent. So it's justified on the bill, nothing shocking. BUT, the staff is underpaid and exploited. There are long delays between The moment we were seated, the moment our order was taken, and then we were served—even during quiet periods. But during rush hour, it's terrible. Every time, it saddened me to see the waitresses (and sometimes waiters) running around in all directions, left alone when people arrived in groups, without time to clear and clean the tables, constantly being called away. And with no colleagues coming to help, they had to deal with the discontent of customers who had the wrong people. I know I won't return to any of the Epikur group's establishments until the management changes. And I advise both locals and tourists against it. One of the few quality restaurants, L'Estrade, has closed; we won't find that same quality at La Rotonde, even though it has everything to be an exceptional establishment because of its location. A huge waste.

14/05/2026: Not good for the coffee; please have the grinder adjusted by the Folliet sales representative or technician on their next visit. At almost €2 a coffee… The food service area isn't very welcoming; a smile would be appreciated!

05/07/2026: Unpleasant and unprofessional staff. The quality of the products was mediocre. There is a real need for improvement, both in terms of customer service and product quality.
