25/03/2024: First of all, thank you to the waitress, bartender and cook for their welcome and availability which I found very family-friendly. Especially to try “la Pinsa” an ancient pizza from Rome unlike any other we know. A killer for me. The generous salads and the very good fondue. We stayed 4 days in Aussois, we went there 3 times, that’s saying something. Keep it up, change little or nothing.

31/03/2024: No welcome on a very cold and rainy day for a freezing family who offered to eat if we let them picnic. Incomprehensible. The restaurant was however empty… to be avoided
30/03/2024: I just spent a weekend in this chalet with friends. We had a great time. The food was delicious and the staff amazing. I recommend 200%.

19/03/2024: A restaurant that we have enjoyed for many years. No family member would come to Aussois without going to dinner at Fort Marie Christine. Friendly atmosphere in a fort in Essillon. The cuisine is tasty and the Savoyard specialties are copious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
14/03/2024: Picturesque place. Succulent meal, friendly and warm welcome. A very good moment. I highly recommend.

23/03/2024: Bof bof. Déjà un accueil mitigé. Ensuite des assiettes sales. Après une fondue sortie d'un sachet plastique (on l' a vu) et donc insipide et sans trop de goût. Un dessert glaces industrielles. Rien de bien pour un tarif pas donné. Au Montana ou il faut tout livrer la haut, c'est 10 fois mieux pour à peine plus cher. Ce restaurant est donc une mauvaise adresse et on n' retournera pas

The boss and the waitress are great.

03/02/2024: Deplorable reception: we arrive, ask if we can have an aperitif on the terrace, the waitress asks us if we are going to eat, I tell her that first, we want to have an aperitif before lunch, she leaves, the boss comes back and told us aggressively: "if you don't eat here, we serve you at the bar, otherwise, you vacate the place!"
Too bad, we could have been customers, with a little kindness...
So we "cleared" and ate in a more welcoming restaurant.
Surprisingly, a few months after this disappointment, the said boss took the liberty of publishing a negative opinion on my business in which he had never set foot!
Could this be a way of blackmailing opinions?!?
