15/09/2024: The products have been the same for several years. It's certainly not an artisanal bakery but the products are still good. I'm taking two stars off for the service. Forced sales techniques should really be stopped (aggressive and “deceptive” selling). If you want to make buyers benefit from your offers, simply highlight them but not disguise them as "We're offering you for free" and then finally there is a supplement. And if we say no, the seller becomes even more insistent. That alone doesn't make me want to come to your house anymore. Change is also to be reviewed. The error is repaired but it does not provide a very professional image.

29/07/2024: A lack of hygiene noted with the saleswoman who accidentally dropped the pliers on the ground and used them again to serve customers!!!

01/06/2024: First time for my son and I, the server was casual. No explanatory advice. Always on his cell phone or chatting with his colleague. We left before dessert. Too bad, nice flat concept, very good although it lacked heat. Moreover, rap music may not be the best choice to take us on a journey.

21/05/2024: Accueil d'un serveur inadapté Je recommande pas Il est sorti sans me demander ce que je voulais boire parce que je roulais une cigarette sur une table non occupé Il m'a dit que c'était réservé aux consommateurs j'allais commander dommage pour eux . J'ai donc fumé ma cigarette un peu plus loin sans boire mon café

15/07/2024: Les serveuses se trompent trop souvent sur les prix des produits, et sans aucunes excuses. Ont peux se tromper, l'erreur est humaine mais un minimum d'excuse serait pas superflus. En plus quand on lui fait la remarque elle vous parle mal, un comble.

12/06/2024: Savoyard burger, frozen steak, frozen fries, Burger bread in a bag to finish the Savoyard cheese poured over everything and served cold. And all that 80€ for four.

12/06/2024: I ordered a bruchetta which was served on sandwich bread… the bread was very moist and the tomato sauce was cold. My partner's glass was dirty and generally the guests did not like their hamburgers and were surprised by the sauce spilled all over the dish.

16/11/2024: INSULT AND CONTEMPT TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER. I am completely outraged. I went to your store in Chambéry today. I wanted to order a sandwich, but I got the terms wrong, instead of asking for a vegetable pancake I asked for a vegetarian steak. Realizing my mistake, I asked if it was indeed a vegetarian steak, the waitress told me no, so she made me another one, sighing. Her colleague at the checkout asked her what was going on, she told him that it wasn't the right meat, that she was starting it again, sighing, she was wrong because "I hadn't shown the right one meat, it wasn’t his fault.” To which his colleague replied “no, but it’s a….” I understand that it is disturbing to start a sandwich again (even though I was the only customer), but that in no way explains insulting a customer in her presence with completely inappropriate sexist comments. You have crossed the line . I would like to receive an explanation as well as an apology.

21/08/2024: I do not recommend this bakery for your sandwiches!! Tuna bagnat bread for 5.70 euros: 1 salad leaf, 1 slice of tomato, a few tuna crumbs and mayonnaise. I'll let you see for yourself in the photos. It is better to move on and go a few meters further. The value for money is not there at all! On the other hand, it must be profitable for the bakery...
