22/08/2024: We came to eat at the restaurant during a visit to Chambery. The servers were pleasant and professional. The food was good but following an electrical problem in the kitchen several main dishes on the menu could not be ordered. We are offered “American” sandwiches to overcome the problem. We accept by understanding the situation but the problem comes with the bill to pay…. 15.5€ for an American sandwich I find this absurd especially since this sandwich was not displayed on the menu and therefore the price was decided when paying!! It was certainly good but I have never paid so much for an American sandwich, especially since we no longer had much choice on the menu given the problems in the kitchen....
I do not recommend this restaurant at all because the managers are not very commercial….
15/08/2024: Café/bar bien située, nous sommes venus boire un apéritif entre amis. La personne au bar est cependant très désagréable, réflexion déplacée, pas commerçante.

01/06/2024: First time for my son and I, the server was casual. No explanatory advice. Always on his cell phone or chatting with his colleague. We left before dessert. Too bad, nice flat concept, very good although it lacked heat. Moreover, rap music may not be the best choice to take us on a journey.

Il m'a dit que c'était réservé aux consommateurs j'allais commander dommage pour eux .
J'ai donc fumé ma cigarette un peu plus loin sans boire mon café

18/08/2024: Take away or delivery only. Usually very satisfied with their services, I order regularly.
Last night we ordered via the official website, delivered more than 1h30 later. Unreachable by telephone at the two available numbers, it would be a good idea to warn when there is going to be a big delay knowing that we have an order tracking page that has not been working for several months already. Particularly regarding GPS tracking and delivery status.
I will order again because I really like your pizzas but if it happens again it's over.

Tuna bagnat bread for 5.70 euros: 1 salad leaf, 1 slice of tomato, a few tuna crumbs and mayonnaise. I'll let you see for yourself in the photos.
It is better to move on and go a few meters further.
The value for money is not there at all! On the other hand, it must be profitable for the bakery...

12/06/2024: Savoyard burger, frozen steak, frozen fries, Burger bread in a bag to finish the Savoyard cheese poured over everything and served cold.
And all that 80€ for four.
12/06/2024: I ordered a bruchetta which was served on sandwich bread… the bread was very moist and the tomato sauce was cold.
My partner's glass was dirty and generally the guests did not like their hamburgers and were surprised by the sauce spilled all over the dish.

As soon as we arrived, the welcome was cold and not very warm.
There were only 2 of us to order in the restaurant
I explained that it was the first time that I had come to a Subway restaurant in order to obtain explanations on the concept and the prices
I felt that I was disturbing
It's a shame
I hope that the restaurant will take these comments into account to improve the experience of its future customers.

There is a certain point where you will have to learn how to bake pastries because it is still the basis of pastry. It is not because you will find the back of the croissant or the golden pain au chocolat that inside it is is cooked I returned to the store To make an exchange or the pain au chocolat in question, he spent it reheating and it was still not cooked. I find it unacceptable to sell pastries like that. You can assure me that I will never come back.
15/07/2024: Les serveuses se trompent trop souvent sur les prix des produits, et sans aucunes excuses. Ont peux se tromper, l'erreur est humaine mais un minimum d'excuse serait pas superflus. En plus quand on lui fait la remarque elle vous parle mal, un comble.
