15/02/2026: My husband and I came for our second Valentine's Day. It was a truly delightful experience, filled with sweetness, flavor, and generosity. As we were leaving, the manager told us we were the last customers before the restaurant closed. This touched us deeply and I think it will stay with us for a very long time. Thank you to this restaurant for making this dinner such a wonderful memory. 🙌 And a special mention to the owners: you managed to convey your generosity and love through the food and the memories we will cherish. 🩷

04/02/2026: Flexible regarding arrival time (we informed them of our delay and the manager didn't hold it against us). Charming, rather intimate setting. Quick and efficient service. Good food but relatively expensive. Value for money 3/5. Friendly welcome. Clean restrooms. Extensive wine list. We had a pleasant time.

19/04/2026: We gathered for a wedding meal at the Candie Castle canteen. The experience was delightful and exceeded our expectations thanks to the absolutely exceptional staff. From Mila in the sales department, who was available and very professional, to the exquisite cuisine, and Oussama for the outstanding, personalized service and his incredible generosity. 22/08/2026: The food was decent enough, but big eaters should probably steer clear... 20 euros for a burger with a patty the size of a kids' burger... frankly, it's not worth the money. The service was pleasant, but there was a wait and it was a bit disorganized, so you need to be patient. In short, not a great experience, but not a disaster either.

27/09/2026: Randomly chosen on the day of the street fair: Long wait to be served Cold dishes served Salad served without dressing Waitress who rolled her eyes when asked to bring bread or sauces (which she didn't bring anyway). Perhaps they shouldn't forget that without customers, there's no revenue, no pay. We should have read the other reviews before going down this path. A word to the wise.

25/06/2026: €11 = Tasteless and poorly filled tacos. The meat was defrosted and undercooked (mushy tenders that weren't crispy at all). The sour cream was lumpy with a bitter taste, and the sauce... nonexistent. I couldn't finish it; I was very hungry, but the taco gave me a stomach ache.

05/06/2026: The service is awful. They barely respond to greetings, as if they're trying to get rid of you. The kitchen is unhygienic, with a cook spitting and a server who wasn't even aware of who it was. Their tacos have no flavor.

26/09/2026: Absolutely terrible! I waited 50 minutes at the drive-thru and they never offered any assistance, not to mention the manager who always looks grumpy. Only the young people seem motivated, and as for the others, forget it! Unacceptable!

26/09/2026: The only words that come to mind are incompetence, theft, and lies. They've already raised their prices considerably, and then to be ripped off by the manager herself is the last straw. The manager is extremely unpleasant and a liar. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!

25/09/2026: We have to hurry for them; when you bite into a nut sandwich, you end up breaking your teeth on a shell… The boy tried to be nice but was completely overwhelmed.

26/09/2026: Yesterday I went to your store to buy bread and I couldn't resist one of your strawberry tarts. Dessert time arrived, and when I opened the box, I found a strawberry tart with fruit flies crawling on the strawberries and some dead ones inside… As I'm a regular customer and I don't like leaving bad reviews, I preferred to come to you today to explain my disappointment… The solution offered by your staff was to buy another tart for €12.50 instead of €14.99… so my guests didn't get dessert, the children were disappointed, and then you offered me another tart which ended up costing me over €25… what's the logic in that??? In any case, I won't be back

23/09/2026: I bought a flaky praline brioche today; it was definitely yesterday because it was stale. I bought the same brioche a week ago at a Marie Blachère near Carpentras, and it was delicious, both soft and crispy. The one I bought today in Chambéry fried in my hand and even tasted old. Perhaps the butter had gone rancid. In short, I find it shameful to sell a day-old brioche at that price. Very disappointed, I don't recommend this place, even though the saleswomen were welcoming.

16/09/2026: Today I went to Flunch for lunch with my daughter and it was very, very good. The fish was cooked perfectly (and I'm quite picky), the staff were welcoming, and the fries were the best I've ever had... well done! I'll be going back to the Flunch in Le Puy-en-Velay soon and I hope to find the same quality.

22/09/2026: As a regular customer before the bar reopened, I can only urge you to avoid it at prices like these. €11 for a pint of beer is unheard of. It's simply the most expensive pint in Chambéry. Even in the heart of Chamonix or Annecy, you won't find prices this exorbitant. A real shame for a "neighborhood" bar...

11/09/2026: What a shame, I ordered a Liège coffee for €7.90 and there was no Chantilly cream so I asked for some and they asked me to pay extra, unheard of... I do not recommend.
