05/07/2024: The comments we read before choosing the restaurant during our visit to Provins did not lie. This is one of the few times my family and I have felt so welcome. Luckily, the restaurant was open on a Sunday - which is not usually the case - because of the Provins Medievales. Not only did we eat very well and at a very reasonable price - not to mention the place which is very clean - but we felt at home thanks to the kindness of the owner who runs the room and who is at the origin of all the dishes offered as well. Special mention to his blueberry pie. I would have liked a second slice! A big thank you to her for making us feel so welcome. If we come back to Provins, we will undoubtedly go to his restaurant. The restaurant is not that far from the upper town and is definitely worth a visit.

03/07/2024: Family, small and charming place. The lady who waits on the tables is friendly, fun, and explains all the dishes to you if you have questions. And the food was abundant and very good at a very affordable price compared to other restaurants during our trip. To repeat, out of 10

07/07/2024: We went to this local restaurant based on the recommendation of our guide. It was easy to make a reservation online. Our table was ready. It was election night in France so lots of excitement in the square. We ordered a couscous salad with Bar fish. Both were well made and not too heavy. The menu is minimal but we enjoyed the food.

18/06/2024: Stopped in for light snacks (tapas) and wine and everything was great! The staff was very nice and the light bites we had were delicious. The courtyard that it is in was very lively and good for people watching

28/06/2024: Just perfect. For my girlfriend's birthday, we chose to dine at the La Fabrique restaurant in Brie-Comte-Robert. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The setting was magnificent and the food was simply exquisite. A true culinary experience. We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. The service was simply wonderful, with a smiling, relaxed and very professional team. We highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable evening! THANKS

30/06/2024: Great disappointment on this Sunday, June 30: beautifully presented dishes but cuisine that was neither tasty nor plentiful. The welcome was not very warm either and the wait was long (1 hour 15 minutes between arrival and the main course). Note that the terrace is pleasant. In summary, my family expected a better meal given the price (58th all the same for the 3-course menu) and everyone came away mixed. So I do not recommend this restaurant.

20/07/2024: Une table d’exception dans un cadre simple et agréable. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin pour déguster le menu découverte en 7plats et 3 vins, sous les conseils du chef de salle. Des surprises qui s’enchainent dans chaque assiette du début à la fin, avec des mets que je n’aurais pas pensé manger un jour… des saveurs de folie, des jolies assiettes , un super service. Bref une table qui mérite une reconnaissance du guide Michelin peut-être… le chef se déplace en salle pour discuter de sa proposition…. Bref, une super soirée et de belles découvertes gastronomiques. Je recommande à 200%.

Always served on a hot plate, a detail that is appreciated Excellent value for money, so don't hesitate (by booking...) First, maybe the possibility of a "gift voucher" to offer... Some pictures : Exceptional meal for Valentine's Day 2022: Poultry ravioli with morel sauce, Rossini beef fillet (extra) almond potatoes, chocolate and caramel dessert, all accompanied by a super LEROUGE champagne. Result: an exceptional memory. Otherwise, a "normal meal": Landes salad and foie gras, crispy Camembert with honey and walnuts, cod in an almond crust with citrus sauce, a beautiful entrecôte with Périgourdine sauce and three vegetables and to finish a very good gourmet coffee or a mille-feuille. 07/07/2024: A very beautiful table from the region. With quality service, without being too stuffy, a warm welcome and a pleasant room, we were able to enjoy the 5-course menu in a good mood. The quality of the products and the mix of flavors lived up to the promise of a star restaurant. I would also like to highlight the enormous work carried out by the chef, alone in the kitchen, and by the staff in the dining room to provide an experience of this quality. Due to the organization that this requires, people with a special diet are advised to register in advance, when booking.

05/07/2024: A charming restaurant with a caring team! Creamy, succulent dishes... we celebrated our best events in this restaurant. It is warm, family-friendly… the dishes are delicious from start to finish. The know-how and professionalism are there. If you want to have a wonderful, memorable time, this is the restaurant you should choose in the north of Seine et Marne without hesitation. Thank you to the chef for his audacity and thank you to the whole team for these magical moments.

16/07/2024: I order takeout or eat in. I have never been disappointed. Very good restaurant, fast service, Ramen, BOWLS, sushi, etc. everyone will find what they want ^^ If you want to try different Japanese dishes I recommend this restaurant.

It's nice to still have restaurants where sympathy, good and adorable meals are required. Good and garnished pizza, and homemade profiteroles for dessert, TOP! I will definitely go back there.
