17/02/2026: Invited by my mom on a lovely, cool, sunny day in Fontainebleau, we received a very warm welcome. The menu appealed to us. The raising of the bell for the smoking of the sand carrot mille-feuille was a delightful spectacle. The crispy chicken was as appetizing as it was delicious. And to finish, a light and refreshing touch with a pavlova. A very pleasant time spent at this establishment with its charming staff. We'll definitely be back! ☺️

25/01/2026: A very high-standard hotel, beautifully appointed: you feel right at home with a design that blends modernity and a country feel. Excellent restaurant. Comfortable rooms. Welcoming common area. Professional, friendly, and attentive staff. Nothing to complain about. There were nine of us, and we had a wonderful time in your peaceful establishment, which is also less than 10 minutes from the Château de Fontainebleau and the town center.

11/12/2025: 1 star (and even then, Google doesn't give it zero) - We knew this restaurant very well… before. But last night, for my daughter's birthday, we had such a surprising culinary experience that we almost wondered if we were on a hidden camera show. First, the service. - The waiters seemed to be in "trial run" mode: not fully settled in, not quite operational. - The aperitifs? They trickled in. They even managed the feat of serving everyone… except the birthday girl. Her glass waited patiently on the bar. What an atmosphere… - The dishes. The meat: cold. The vegetables: decent but underwhelming. And then my wife's dish… how to put it… I'm used to eating spicy food. I'm even an easy customer in that regard. But this was a level of pepper that should be classified as a category B weapon. I tasted his sauce: my taste buds were numb for 30 minutes! Honestly surreal!!! -As for the atmosphere: It was cold in the dining room, and the noise level was like a school cafeteria. Nothing like the team and quality we used to know. You wonder if there's an evil twin in place of the owner! -In short: Very long, very cold, very peppery, very disappointing. I don't recommend it…

11/12/2025: As a delivery driver, I want to say that the servers are really very kind and welcoming, no complaints there. However, orders often take much longer than expected. I'm usually told to expect a 2 or 3 minute wait, but I regularly end up waiting 20 to 30 minutes longer. I get the impression that the kitchen can't keep up, which creates significant delays. And in the end, it's the drivers who end up dealing with unhappy customers, who think we're the ones taking too long, when we're simply waiting for the order to be ready. I really hope the kitchen organization can be improved, because this puts us all in a difficult position.
