The welcome was fantastic from beginning to end. The waiter was kind, friendly, attentive, and very professional, which made our evening even better!

22/05/2026: We decided to stop at this restaurant in the early evening and received a very warm welcome. The waiter was excellent, nothing to complain about. The menu included a starter, main course, and dessert, all beautifully presented and reasonably priced.
We will definitely return and highly recommend it. Keep up the good work!

06/05/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant; we had a wonderful time. Despite the restaurant being quite full and without a reservation, they found us a table. The setting is stunning, with views of the cliffs and the sea, and an open kitchen where the service is well-organized. The teamwork was excellent, the service attentive, and the meal generous and delicious. Don't change a thing, thank you.

21/05/2026: Excellent. The prices are very competitive compared to other establishments in the city. The service staff is very friendly and professional, even with a constant influx of customers. They also manage the crowd very effectively by offering seating for those waiting. I highly recommend it.
19/05/2026: The welcome and service were very pleasant. The menu system with a tablet and translations into different languages is ideal for foreign tourists. The meal was delicious: American-style galette and mussels with Roquefort cheese, served with a chocolate fondant with crème anglaise and a speculoos tiramisu with salted caramel.
I highly recommend it!

02/05/2026: Google says it closes at 4 pm. We walked in at 2pm and they said they are closed! No English at all and not too friendly.
23/04/2026: We went for lunch at La Plaisance restaurant, having checked prices and reviews on this site beforehand. I expected, as indicated, to find a €25 set menu for weekdays and lunchtimes, but to my dismay, this menu doesn't exist. The cheapest option is €37. I won't comment on the quality of the food or the service, which were adequate. If you plan to eat at this restaurant, as with many others, don't rely on the information found on this site; it's often outdated or even incorrect.

16/05/2026: The restaurant was clean, nothing fancy, but the food was good and the service was fairly quick outside of peak hours. However, during busy times, the servers were rude and clearly overwhelmed. I ordered Normandy-style mussels with fries and received only three-quarters of a normal portion (in my opinion), and the fries were soggy. I think everyone should form their own opinion.

31/05/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant one day. The dining room was full, and the waitress seemed to be handling many tasks single-handedly: serving, taking orders, and processing payments. Despite her efforts, she appeared very busy. We wish her all the best for the peak season.
As for the meal, the cider was unfortunately not served chilled, and the grilled ham didn't seem to be grilled enough; it was barely cooked.

25/09/2024: Je ne comprend pas tous les commentaires négatifs formules sur cet établissement.
Voilà au minimum 6 fois que je me rend en ce lieu, ou je suis maso ou les commentaires que j'ai pu lire ne sont là que pour discrédité cet etablissement.
J'ai toujours été bien reçu, les plats sont servis généreusement et sont bien cuisinés, les fruits de mer sont frais et bons et je peux dire, contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire, personne dans mon entourage a été malade.
La cuisine est traditionnelle, sans chichi, le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute, le cadre un peu vieillot reste dans la tradition familiale.
Maintenant chacun a le droit de donner son avis, mais doit rester honnete, c'est pour cela que j'ai rédigé celui ci en toute honnêteté et sans intérêt, car j'ai été assez choque par ce que j'ai pu lire.
Sans aucun doute, je retournerai dans cet établissement.
