22/08/2026: The interior of the establishment is simple and rather neutral, lacking any real character. I was expecting a bit of an escape, with decor reflecting Lebanese cuisine, but that wasn't the case. Fortunately, the focus is on the food: it's good and flavorful. The fattoush I chose was slightly too vinegary for my taste, but still pleasant and well-prepared. The end of the meal brought a lovely touch of warmth: the mint tea, accompanied by mahmoul, perfectly concluded the dinner and reflected the image of the service, which was gentle and attentive. For a dinner for two including chicken shawarma, hummus, fattoush, two mint teas, and two oriental pastries, the price was between 35 and 40 euros. That's reasonable, although personally, I think it would have been more accurate between 30 and 35 euros, given the simplicity of the meal. A simple, unpretentious place, but where you eat well and where the welcome provides the generosity you expect from Lebanese cuisine.

It's a real pleasure to wander through the galleries and take the time to admire the paintings. Special mention goes to the works of great painters like Claude Monet, Eugène Boudin, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, and Raoul Dufy, which make the visit even more exceptional.

07/04/2026: Worth the trip...a ​​beautiful museum, both for its collection, which boasts masterpieces by Monet, Pissarro, and Renoir, as well as many works by Boudin, and for its architecture. The restaurant is also very good and offers a spectacular view of the harbor.

18/06/2026: Simply delicious. From appetizer to dessert. The menu changes with the seasons, which makes you want to go back regularly to try the new offerings. The service is warm and professional. The atmosphere is cozy, the decor is very nice; it's not your average, impersonal restaurant. It's best to make a reservation, as it's often full.

16/08/2026: What should have been a quick, enjoyable crepe outing became a frustrating ordeal. We spent 15 minutes searching for a seat—totally fine, we expected that. But once seated, everything fell apart. No one brought us menus. No one brought water, even after we asked. We went inside twice to remind them we were waiting, and both times they assured us someone would come shortly.Instead, we sat there for 45 more minutes, completely overlooked. Not a single staff member approached us. It felt like we were invisible. Eventually, we just walked out because clearly no one cared enough to take our order.Honestly, a terrible and disappointing experience.

16/08/2026: Passing through Le Havre for the day, we stopped at the crêperie. Unfortunately for us, they were closing. I asked if it would be possible to have a drink given the heat and the other restaurants that had turned us away, and the very kind owners replied: "Yes, no problem, go ahead and sit down, we'll be cleaning up for an hour." I didn't get to try their food, but next time we'll definitely eat there. Thanks again.

09/08/2026: We discovered La Taverne Paillette, and we weren't disappointed. The dishes were generous, very tasty, and fresh. The setting is beautiful. We highly recommend it.

05/08/2026: A must-visit in Le Havre! We went as a couple last Saturday night, and it's always a great experience! Paillette beer is very good, and the servers are very efficient.

The atmosphere is pleasant, with a nice mix of colors and materials, and interesting paintings on the walls. The owner is very kind and helpful. Excellent food, not too elaborate, well-presented, and authentic flavors. High quality/price ratio: €134 for 4 (€33.50 per person) with an entree and main course. Highly recommended for those who don't like touristy or overly refined fare!

23/08/2026: While passing through Le Havre, we discovered the Al Dente restaurant on a Friday evening. Without a reservation, we were given a great table. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and offered excellent advice on the dishes and wines. The Pinot Grigio was superb! He offered us lobster ravioli as a starter instead of another one that was no longer available and was kind enough to give us a discount at the end. The dishes were delicious and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed. We had a wonderful evening.
