14/08/2025: Great pizzas in Montauban! Very little wait and the owners are quite friendly. They're retiring soon, so you might as well take advantage of it.

03/12/2025: The hotel room was clean, but there were no amenities other than instant coffee (no cotton swabs, no toiletries, except for a hairdryer). In 2 or 3-star hotels, you'd find all of that, so it's appalling for a 4-star! As for the restaurant: a word of advice: fire your waiters, they're incompetent! They weren't friendly at all, and you got the impression you were bothering them. €14 for an "amuse-bouche," which was three pieces of ham with a sauce and two bits of stale bread—a dish that wasn't what I ordered and wasn't worth the price. The patatas bravas were also worthless, since the bravas sauce is supposed to be orange. And all of this was served in an hour! I arrived at 7 pm, ate at 8:30 pm, and was frankly furious! They offered me a glass of wine as compensation, but honestly, it wasn't enough! At breakfast, there were no more hot dishes; I had to ask for more, and I felt like I was bothering them! At that price, I might as well have eaten at McDonald's! In conclusion, it's a shame; the location is charming, but the staff, the restaurant, and the room amenities are not up to par!

30/11/2025: Honestly, the 4-star rating is way overrated. The room cost €120 a night and overlooked the beautiful parking lot. The bathtub was tiny, there were black marks on the shower grout in several places (photos available), and the air conditioning kept shutting off automatically. Even when you turned it back on, it shut off again, so we were cold all night. A smart TV for Netflix would have been great… otherwise, the bedding was decent and the pillows were comfortable. The hotel itself is very quiet and the grounds are beautiful.

02/09/2024: Good morning, This evening dinner at the restaurant with the family… Well received, quick ko drinks, children are served and wink… The server who starts is very good, courage for the rest! And that's the end of the enthusiasm... starters and main courses were asked to be served at the same time - flop... I had to look at half of the dining table to be entitled to have a course (no menu)... in the meantime the head of the room came (friendly as the prison door) no apologies obviously…. With one word – you are next… After 1 hour and 10 minutes after placing the order, I was finally served…. There were 6 of us at the table, he had 5 pieces of bread which fought a duel in the basket.... For dessert we waited an extra 30 minutes (for a scoop of ice cream - children's menu)… Ask for water at the end of the meal - we left without it because we were forgotten..:: When paying, I check the bill - dessert has been added in addition to the menu…. And when I ask the question - limit I am attacked...: Same by the same “hump” of the room…. He realizes his mistake - zero apologies! I remind him that it wasn't great (waiting and mixing up the cdes) he blames it on the beginner's mistake (poor guy) but on the other hand zero excuses, always! And zero commercial gesture!!!! Well done team!

08/12/2025: The setting is very pleasant but poorly heated. It's unpleasant to be cold while sharing a meal. The food was decent.
