18/09/2024: The Buffalo Grill in Montauban is an excellent address for those who love friendly and generous cuisine. The western atmosphere is warm, ideal for a meal with family or friends. I tasted their steak with my mother which was tender and tasty. The service was fast. I highly recommend it for a casual meal in Montauban.

26/08/2024: The situation at this establishment is currently delicate, but I'm not that surprised. Some staff are very nice, others less so. We regret the errors in the orders, the cooking of the meats not respected (why ask then?) and the rather slow service. Besides, we skipped the desserts precisely because of these lengths. It's clear that there was a problem but I have a big thought for all the employees of this restaurant. I hope that management will avoid the usual vague comments about its attachment to customer comfort, to improving services and to my undiminished trust.

27/07/2024: A couscous for 17 people ordered the day before. All the guests were delighted. The cook is very friendly and accommodating. I recommend

01/10/2024: We went with 4 to eat. The place looks good. We even got greeted by a cat inside the place, but never judge a book by its cover. When the food arrived the server wanted to switch the normal knives with steak knives, but after collecting the normal ones she immediately forgot to give us the steak knives to eat. We had to ask another server for knives to eat. I ordered a Tournedos, which ended up full of fat and tendons (so not a Tournedos at all!). The tournedos was served with potato puree, which had way to much butter in it. Carrots that tasted weird and a small puree swirl, which tasted fruity and did not match with the dish at all. The dish itself was a mess. Very dissapointing, because it was priced at €30. When we told the server about the tournedos, she did not react and nothing was done about it. The fries, which someone else ordered, were really bitter of taste and dried out, which let us to believe they were old fries we got. When asked for the bill, the server later arrived with a desert menu. So we had to ask for the bill again. All in all our experience was far from good. The location and looks of the restaurant are great, but the food and service are terrible. I would not recommend anyone to visite this place, due to the lack of quality of the food and the service of the staff, especially for the prices they ask.

24/09/2024: A magnificent setting and decoration 🤩, a warm welcome and excellent cuisine, a real culinary orgasm! I recommend the Petit pot of foie gras and the sweetbreads with morels, congratulations to the chef and his team in the kitchen 🧑‍🍳, Very nice wine list 🍷. Remember to book 😉

31/07/2024: I ordered two pizzas there following the good rating seen here and indeed, it is a very good little pizzeria with a very very nice cook who is invested in his profession. It's really nice to see people like that! I will go back without hesitation!

02/09/2024: Good morning, This evening dinner at the restaurant with the family… Well received, quick ko drinks, children are served and wink… The server who starts is very good, courage for the rest! And that's the end of the enthusiasm... starters and main courses were asked to be served at the same time - flop... I had to look at half of the dining table to be entitled to have a course (no menu)... in the meantime the head of the room came (friendly as the prison door) no apologies obviously…. With one word – you are next… After 1 hour and 10 minutes after placing the order, I was finally served…. There were 6 of us at the table, he had 5 pieces of bread which fought a duel in the basket.... For dessert we waited an extra 30 minutes (for a scoop of ice cream - children's menu)… Ask for water at the end of the meal - we left without it because we were forgotten..:: When paying, I check the bill - dessert has been added in addition to the menu…. And when I ask the question - limit I am attacked...: Same by the same “hump” of the room…. He realizes his mistake - zero apologies! I remind him that it wasn't great (waiting and mixing up the cdes) he blames it on the beginner's mistake (poor guy) but on the other hand zero excuses, always! And zero commercial gesture!!!! Well done team!

10/09/2024: Héérlijk gegeten, een aantal keuzes van een menu du jour. Gekozen voor een voorgerecht, courgette met Franse kaas en een hoofdgerecht, bavette met pepersaus, frites, groene salade. Uiteraard vers brood erbij. Na een lekker kopje koffie.

20/08/2024: A small restaurant very well located, no problem parking for free. A very good atmosphere, a good welcome and like all self-respecting pizzerias, only Italian specialties as well as wines. The pizzas were good with good cooking times. A pleasant moment to share with friends or family.

06/05/2024: Very pleasant exotic setting with soft music in the background. Very courteous and smiling welcome from the owner. The service is well followed, no waiting. There are menus on the menu and also dishes. Very tasty dish prepared at the minute!! Thanks to Madam Chef. We had as a starter the ravioli soup which was super good, we recommend it, the spring rolls were crispy and tasty, and the shrimp fritters were a bit dry for my part, that was the only shame. As a main course, beef satay and duck satay with vegetables on a hot plate accompanied by Contonnais rice. I highly recommend.

16/07/2024: I heard about the Vivaldi, which changed ownership a few months ago, but I hadn't been there yet. So I went there and was very pleasantly surprised. The service was impeccable and the boss was very cheerful, friendly and professional. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable. And for pianists, there is a piano installed at the back, open to all. I ate there for the first time and once again, I was not disappointed. I had an omelette (salmon, leeks) which was a real delight, the home fries were excellent and a small side salad. I highly recommend this place.

16/08/2024: Nice brasserie with a good musical atmosphere, with great and super friendly service. There were 8 of us including 4 adults, 3 teenagers and a child, it was not a problem for them to take us without reservation....which was not the case everywhere.... Excluding children's meals, we ate for around 25.65 per person on a public holiday evening (main course + drink + dessert) which remains reasonable given the quality of the food and the service.

14/09/2024: Passing through Montauban, the refuge is a friendly restaurant, warm atmosphere and top cuisine. We find the flavors of Switzerland in their beautiful fondues! I highly recommend.

10/09/2024: The Savoyard galette is a delight, I recommend this dish, on the other hand the manager is not a trader for a penny, we had reserved at 7:30 p.m., we called to say that we would be 30 minutes late, Monsieur called us at 8:05 p.m. to ask us if we were arriving (we were 100m from his restaurant). Hello the pressure to go and have a moment of relaxation. Sir, think about changing careers....

20/08/2024: We came to eat as a family on a Monday lunchtime, for 8 people (5 adults and 3 children from 7 to 2 years old) a great welcome, very friendly, the food was excellent, there was something for everyone (meat, fish, salad pizza and also platters to share) also a wide choice of drinks. We had a great time, the waiter was great, very pleasant and funny. I would happily go back. The children were not a problem in any way and that’s really great. 👍🏻 I recommend +++ 😁
