The owner cleared my table and asked if everything was alright. I said no, and he acknowledged that the dish was ruined. But she still charged me, without any apology or gesture of goodwill. Well, yes, we're tourists...

13/07/2026: Delicious food, excellent service, we ordered chili oil and sriracha and they kindly gave us some ☺️ The waiter was always attentive, checking to see if everything was alright with our order. We also ordered takeout and everyone loved it. They said it was the best thing they ate on the trip and I agree, everything was very flavorful and the ingredients were clearly high quality ⭐️ The prices were reasonable, I highly recommend this place.

02/07/2026: 10 PM, empty terrace, we placed a takeout order that we then decided to eat on the terrace. Big mistake! The multi-skilled waiter rushed over to tell us to leave. Unheard of. The dish itself was awful, but ultimately, it was more in line with the staff's performance. I now understand the Google reviews, and I can't wait to see them try to justify themselves in response to this comment by inventing some lame excuse in broken French. If you want something of quality, go to Siams or So'Pho.

02/07/2026: Bad food and aggressive staff. It makes you wonder what the chain is doing letting staff ruin the brand. They need to clean house. Their response to comments proves it: "Yes, indeed, it's not possible to..." when in fact, all of that is possible in every other restaurant. I'm a regular at Pitaya, and they're a disgrace to the chain. The restaurant was empty; I understand why. They'll most likely close soon, and their practices will disappear with them, making way for a much more welcoming restaurant. If you're hesitating: there's an excellent Thai restaurant 100 meters away, So'Pho!

03/06/2026: Tried 3 dishes. Only the chicken with ginger was decent. The rest was quite tasteless and contained tough beef. Not recognizable as Thai food, no distinct lime or lemongrass notes, and not spicy at all. We eat this often and I learned to cook in Thailand myself, so I know what I'm talking about.

15/06/2026: A somewhat disappointing visit to an establishment we know well. The portions are generous, the dishes are good—not excellent, but good. We had a slight impression that the prices have gone up and no longer reflect a reasonable price-quality ratio. Regarding the kitchen, we saw employees taking photos of the dishes during service: this isn't a problem in itself, but it's still not very hygienic to handle a phone and then the food. Some staff wear gloves, but they touch both the utensils and the food, so we wonder if they're still necessary. We usually come at the end of service, so the restaurant is quiet.

30/04/2026: I had the 18 euro lunch set. The madam was very nice✨ Mango salad and beef red curry. Delicious! There was so much beef that I was too full to eat dessert. Located on the banks of the Seine River, right in the heart of Paris. Such a great location for such reasonable prices👀 I'll come back to try the green curry😋

17/03/2026: This is one of the best kept secrets in Paris- behind an unassuming storefront is a restaurant where amazing, and most importantly AUTHENTIC thai food can be found- and that is a rare thing in Paris. I have tried a dozen different dishes on the menu and everything has been delicious. Warm welcome - open late. I recommend this place highly to others who know what real thai food is, and have been searching far and wide for a good thai place in this city. *Note - They also deliver on deliveroo, etc!
