11/02/2026: An excellent choice for Thai food lovers! A very pleasant restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and, above all, an incredibly warm welcome. The Thai cuisine is excellent, flavorful, and clearly prepared with passion—you can taste the genuine homemade quality, cooked with love. As a devoted fan of Thai food, my only slight reservation—a very personal one—concerns the level of spice, which is rather mild to suit the French palate. As someone who prefers bolder flavors, I would have gladly appreciated a bit more heat… but this doesn't detract from the quality of the dishes! Special mention for the desserts, absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced. Chop tee née ran ahaan! A roy maak! (I highly recommend this restaurant—it's very good!)

21/02/2026: My son, my husband, and I were very excited to have dinner at this restaurant on Saturday evening after mass. The dining room was three-quarters empty, and the manager, a charming woman, told us that all the tables were reserved. We weren't even offered the option of coming back later. "We're fully booked this Saturday until closing time," she told us. So we suggested takeout, to which the woman replied that the cook was working alone and our request couldn't be accommodated. Having our doubts, we left the restaurant and decided to try making a reservation by phone. Miraculously, we were offered a table over the phone at 9 pm, an hour and ten minutes after our visit, which had previously been impossible. So, I would have liked to rate the food, the service, and the atmosphere; however, the color of our skin is apparently a barrier for the Indochine restaurant. Unfortunately, I cannot impose myself somewhere where we are not welcome, what a shame... all we could suggest is having a sign in front of the entrance saying "We do not serve dinner to black people" it would have saved us a lot of frustration on this Saturday, February 21, 2026, when pushing open the door of your restaurant.

02/09/2024: Un petit restaurant très agréable. Service à tout heure avec le sourire ! Nous sommes arrivés à 17H15 pour dîner … l’accueil, le service et les plats tout était de qualité. Des plats savoureux et généreux vous sont servis pour un prix très raisonnable. Petite terrasse…et petite salle mais ce n’est pas grave. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

01/09/2024: A real Vietnamese canteen, a must-try! Located on Rue Caillaux in the middle of so many other restaurants, Dong Tam offers real traditional dishes that are tasty, fragrant and with a smile! No Bo Bun here but local specialties including caramelized pot dishes that will take your breath away! The spring rolls are delicious, the ravioli too! Super friendly and smiling staff! Absolutely worth trying!!

08/12/2025: The rating is quite surprising. First time at this restaurant. We ordered pho soup… it wasn't very good and was bland. The chicken was of very poor quality. +1 for the adorable little kitten in the restaurant.

08/10/2025: An unassuming canteen offering tasty, but somewhat oily, traditional Vietnamese specialties. A discreet and quiet place, with prices a little less expensive than those of its competitors on Rue de Belleville. You shouldn't be in a hurry, but the staff is friendly. A must-try!

04/01/2026: The best value for money, the portions are generous and the ingredients are of very good quality! The duck salad is incredible and the owners are very pleasant.

29/11/2025: It's a shame, a general drop in quality. The peanuts in the papaya salad were really rancid, and the rice on the side was very mediocre. The curry was very watery. The atmosphere was still friendly, but I'm not sure I'd go back.

28/02/2026: Discovered in January with a friend, and a second time at the end of January with my partner. Decor 😊 Very typical Thai. Very pretty with beautiful statues, clean. Weak point: the dining room is small, so the tables are very close together, and access to the buffet is also cramped. Star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ The Meal 🧑🏽‍🍳 On my first visit, I found the quality to be good from appetizer to dessert. There wasn't a huge selection, the buffet is small, but it was good with a few Thai surprises. The soups and the caramel chicken were a real plus (I absolutely loved them). On my second visit, I was a little disappointed by the cold dishes, the salad wasn't very well seasoned, and all the fried food was very poor and cold, plus the sweet potatoes were undercooked. But for the price, this restaurant is still quite decent. ⭐⭐⭐ Star The Service 🤵🏻‍♀️ Impeccable! The welcome was very warm and the table service for clearing plates was very quick. The service was top-notch right up until we left the restaurant... the waitress was very smiley. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Star The Atmosphere 😶‍🌫️ The dining room is small, which affects the overall atmosphere. The tables are too close together, resulting in a lack of privacy for our conversations and making it quite noisy when the room is full. ⭐⭐ Star Visit early January 12 pm service, 2 covers ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2 visits late January 12 pm service, 2 covers ⭐⭐ .

21/02/2026: A very nice restaurant, there were six of us and everyone enjoyed their meal. It's quite intimate, not many tables, so I think it's best to book. The welcome, service and atmosphere were very good, and the prices were very reasonable.
