09/03/2024: A warm welcome from the owner. All the dishes were delicious, the sauces excellent. Perfect couscous and well-stocked portions. My vegetarian daughter was very well served. The Berber mushrooms were succulent. A very good place to return to. THANKS.

19/03/2024: Semolina and vegetables are correct. Kofta too weak in taste. Average service, even cold. Some prices for aperitif glasses are equivalent to the price of a bottle in stores!

30/03/2024: Very hearty royal couscous for a birthday and a table of 11 people, a week ago. The quality was there from start to finish. The 2 people in the kitchen are in tune with the chef-waiter, who accompanies his guests with finesse and humor. Happy place that I highly recommend. Thank you Chef !

08/03/2024: Small restaurant in the center of Ollioules that was recommended to me...not disappointed and good food and impeccable reception...I recommend...and if you don't have enough vegetables in your couscous they will bring you some at no extra cost.. .

24/03/2024: The oasis is a place that I recommend where you really eat the best tacos, the naans are truly delicious. If you are feeling a little hungry, you can go eat at the oasis with your eyes closed. They are the best in Agen. And I will add that it is a very clean place, friendly and warm staff

At the entrance, the setting is typical and pleasant, the menu copious.
Our lunch: 2 couscous lamb skewers, some cakes, 2 coffees.
The portions are correct, but the couscous is quite bland, and lacks those spicy flavors that we expected (cumin, ras-el-hanout...). The vegetables are not or barely simmered, the meat is not very tender.
As for wine, Boulaouane gris is excellent.
The atmosphere would be pleasant without, from time to time, the sound of a poorly placed hand dryer.
Damage.

Unfriendly waiter not knowing good manners.
We booked there for dinner, they served one person then the others 20 minutes later even though we all had to eat at the same time!!
The bricks supposed to accompany the soup were served a long time later under the pretext that it was Ramadan and the chef was busy breaking his fast!!! The joke !! This is normally the responsibility of the staff and should not hinder service in any way, otherwise they would just have to close the restaurant.
03/03/2024: One of the best couscous in Paris. Said is very welcoming, simple and generous. I go there quite regularly and never disappointed. See you soon
