The service was unpleasant, and we felt our comments were ignored. We left very disappointed and will not be returning.

10/01/2026: The product was potentially splashed with window cleaner. I, too, could hardly believe my eyes when I saw someone cleaning the inside of the windows just centimeters from the roll of cleaning product! (See photo: in red: foam cleaning squeegee, in blue: the roll of cleaning product) Shouldn't cleaning with these products be done with the store closed and, above all, without any merchandise? I find this very serious and a real shame because your products are good and the staff are friendly.

19/07/2026: I placed an order that took 2.5 hours to arrive. I couldn't cancel it, my meal arrived cold, part of it was missing, and the portions were ridiculously small.
And to top it all off, I wasn't even able to leave a review on Uber Eats and I received no compensation or refund.

26/07/2026: McDonald's in Goussainville... Every day something breaks down: one time it's the ice cream machine, another time the soda machine.
The air conditioning hasn't worked for ages...
The toilets are absolutely disgusting. The sink doesn't have a drain, there's a bucket to collect the water, and it smells awful.
Cleaning is inconsistent, and the floors are sticky. In the morning, the patio is full of wasps because of the poor cleaning; in the evening, it's swarming with flies and mosquitoes. And to top it all off, there's the smell of exhaust fumes when you're sitting on the patio. It needs a complete overhaul.
25/07/2026: I placed my order at the drive-thru 40 minutes ago and I still haven't paid.

A special mention for Iris behind the counter who manages even the busiest times with a smile, always offering me wonderful creations. She's always so kind and pleasant. That's so rare these days! Always happy to come back. Top-notch team!
