A minor reservation, however, concerning the new dessert: described as a "strawberry soufflé" on the menu, it isn't actually a soufflé, which can be confusing and lead to slight disappointment. Despite this detail, the overall experience remains very positive.
16/06/2026: I've been a regular at Nautilus for many years and I always return with the same pleasure. The food is excellent, the service attentive, and the atmosphere very pleasant. The owners are incredibly kind and know how to welcome their guests with a smile. It's a place where you feel right at home. I highly recommend it!

The service was courteous, cheerful, and quick—flawless.
The atmosphere was also very pleasant.
We dined as a party of three, with a reservation.
All the dishes were of excellent quality and delicious.
We will gladly return.

07/06/2026: I really liked this restaurant until last night. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. The pizza was undercooked, both the crust and the egg. We arrived at 8:00 PM and left at 8:25 PM, feeling rushed. Finally, a more professional tone from the waiter would have been appreciated. It's a shame, because we had always been satisfied until then.

07/11/2025: Great restaurant! I had pho and my girlfriend had lemongrass chicken.
The pho was very good. If you don't want to go all the way to the 13th arrondissement of Paris for a good pho, then this one is more than enough and very tasty 😊 I highly recommend it as a big fan.
The chicken was also very good, according to my girlfriend.
The portions are generous, a bit pricey, but it is L'Isle-Adam after all…
It wasn't very busy (Friday evening), and there was no wait. The service was good too.

23/04/2026: Your pizzas are good, no complaints there. However, the service is problematic.
On several occasions, the welcome was cold and unfriendly. When I placed an order, I came to pick up a pizza and offered to redeem my loyalty points for a free pizza: a flat refusal, on the grounds that it should have been specified when placing the order. This kind of rigidity makes no sense to a loyal customer.
Another example: a 40-minute delay on my order, with no apology or gesture of goodwill. It's disrespectful.
The quality of the products isn't enough if the customer experience is neglected. It's time to rethink how you treat your customers.
