22/05/2025: One of the best restaurants in Roissy. Cuisine with fresh produce. A menu that changes constantly. From starter to dessert, everything is always tasty, beautifully presented and generous. The team is welcoming and cheerful. Excellent value for money. The owner takes great care of her customers and listens to any suggestions or special requests. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

19/08/2024: We came here as a group of 16... the waitress took the orders, drinks and plates... and didn't make an error. If you think that's amazing, wait until you try the food. I had the Lacquered duck, which was the best outside of Beijing that I've had. If you order that chocolate desert I photographed, make sure you're almost full... or you'll definitely order another one.

16/01/2026: Like every year, we're here for the M&O fair, and this restaurant was recommended to us. The hotel food is an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone, so any suggestions are welcome. It's a small place, with low ceilings, a few tables close together, and a convivial atmosphere. They're famous for their crepes, both savory and sweet, and for their meat. The crepes are really good; the savory ones are made with buckwheat, the sweet ones with white flour. They're huge, so consider carefully what else you'll order if you order them. For meat, we ordered a mix of different cuts—chicken, ribs, and beef—and they were good, but perhaps a little dry for what we Italians are used to. All in all, it's a good place to eat after a day at work. Make a reservation if you come during the fairs, as the place fills up in minutes.

24/09/2024: The worst Mc i have been in all my life, they served my order without 3 of the 6 items i payed for, i had to ask 3 times and the waiter looked rudely because i did it (one for each even tho i pointed that i had missing items no item), they also take to long, go to any other place in the Airport besides this McDonalds 0/5 experience!!

17/09/2024: I don't even understand how a 20 minute wait does not automatically translate to hot food. At the McDonald's at CDG Airport in France, we waited that long for cold burgers (cheese wouldn't even melt), hard, cold fries and diet Coke when regular Coke was ordered. When we left our flight was boarding so we could not go back for a refund. If you are in the airport, this McDonald's is steps away from a small bakery called Paul's. Go there instead for a better dining experience. It's McDonalds, geez! How hard is it to get a hot burger?

01/12/2025: Still not up to the standard of a major European airport. Security checks are often interminable, especially for those not in business class, due to insufficient staff (particularly in Terminal 1 but also in Terminal 2E), when they aren't displaying complete nonchalance despite the endless queues... Passport checks are even more interminable (often even for business class passengers). Arriving in Terminal 2E, the hub of the national airline, presents a very poor image of France for foreign visitors... What a shame.

27/01/2026: Rude and unpleasant staff. My experience was very disappointing because of the staff’s attitude. No smiles, little willingness to listen, and short, sometimes even condescending responses. You don’t feel welcome or respected as a customer.

30/12/2025: Avoid at all costs if you're looking for a 4-star hotel. Not at all relaxing. Out of four nights, we were moved to different rooms two nights. The first night we spent without heating (and feeling a draft around the windows) and with a clogged sink. The second night had a water leak (a constant drip). The problems with both rooms were known before our arrival. There was no luggage storage in the room and no restaurant as advertised. There was also no room service (no one cleared a tray we were asked to take to our room because the breakfast room was about to close). When we called reception, they hung up on us. No housekeeping was done during our stay. There was dampness in the bathroom... The only positive point was the friendliness of the staff.

14/01/2026: A cold steak, cooked completely uncontrolled, fries that looked like they'd been cooked at least two days ago. Frozen lasagna with absolutely no flavor. Avoid at all costs!

27/09/2025: Very good experience this time! The service was much improved and the wait for the burger was much shorter. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the meal very enjoyable. Kudos for the improvements
