11/04/2024: Unpleasant on the phone, and no sauce provided for the tempura and spring rolls, too bad to check
31/03/2024: Very unpleasant order over the phone and it's the same for the reception. We find a person who is in a hurry to get home and who makes us understand that we are disturbing them. The sushi is however, too bad the welcome degraded our experience, not sure we will come back.

12/05/2024: A good airport, although I must say that Malpensa T1 is far more advanced, however it is a nice, fairly new and comfortable structure.

There could be more shops, but overall everything is there.
The catering could be expanded, or at least there are more tables. Although of course I was only in one part of one terminal 🤷😅

02/04/2024: For me it was good for the purpose of my trip, but I wouldn’t stay for more than 3nights and large group.
However the room are good, clean, quiet, good room temperature, front desk staff very friendly and helpful to your business needs.

02/04/2024: Please update your schedule if you do not close at 9 p.m. and rather at 8 p.m. (for a takeaway menu) because it seems that it is also up to customers to call you to be sure when we are already checking on the internet before moving. Hoping to speak to the manager tomorrow because today impossible.
16/03/2024: We can't call it BCHEF if it's not good. To tell the truth, I was extremely disappointed with the service and the burgers with flat steaks without taste! Even the fries had a disgusting fried taste. The menu is not worth this price of €12.90!
I would have been better off at KFC I'm sure.
For the children's menu, we didn't even have a surprise toy because it was out of stock... That's the answer I got! There is nothing to make up for this! Big lack of professionalism!
Fast food to absolutely close!

09/05/2024: They charge 20 euros per day for bus parking even though you are a hotel guest. Very poor category hotel. I hope I won't be a hotel guest again.
08/05/2024: Rooms only for overnight stays, small, comfortable bed, microscopic bathroom, sweet French breakfasts.

06/04/2024: The service is deplorable, rude and unorganized. I got the pineapple mint smoothie drink, ice wasn't added and I asked for ice to be added and this server lady literally insulted me not to abuse the service. This is not my first time in exki. I've been to several. They always ask if we want ice, crushed or as it is. And also she forgot to give me cutlery. Really to consider the rude behavior as it is an airport and touristic area.
05/04/2024: Extremely slow service, everything goes very smoothly. The hot chocolate isn't even lukewarm. I still had a smile when paying, the deal is saved :)
