11/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery at Restaurant des Maures! We had a fantastic time. We started with an Imperial beer with candied chestnuts and a chestnut kir, original and delicious specialties. For the main courses, the wild boar stew with chestnuts was flavorful and perfectly cooked, as were the tender and generous pork ribs. To finish, the gourmet coffee was a real treat. The welcome was warm, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere convivial. The entire team was attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Collobrières.

26/08/2026: The food is excellent and plentiful. We were very warmly welcomed, and they even provided two high chairs for our children!

26/08/2026: Great experience, welcoming and very pleasant staff, great value for money: delicious foie gras as a starter, lamb shank as a main course and homemade chocolate mousse, good wine suggestion.

25/10/2026: We went to eat lunch at this restaurant we already knew, the new owners are great, we ate very well, the staff are kind and welcoming including Orca the little dog that we loved, we will definitely go back!

20/10/2026: Very average meal Veal sauté with chestnuts and porcini mushrooms I managed to find half a chestnut, as well as a small piece of porcini mushroom. Regarding the service, it was very poor, with plates being passed over our heads, resulting in sauce spilling onto the hair and clothes of two of us. In the end, we were charged for 44 aperitifs when there were only 41 of us. The excuse given was that some people had ordered two, even though several of us had seen and waited until everyone was served before toasting. There were 40 of us, and the meal wasn't even offered to the driver. We won't be going back: avoid it!!
