Very long wait to sit down at the table with almost obligatory aperitif, single menu, ordinary meal, no flavor, crude dish, no originality. For desserts, you would have to work with a real pastry chef, the staff lacks empathy. Property which generally lacks maintenance (broken terrace slats, broken terrace lighting, etc.)
We feel that this is a house which has known years of glory and which is now living an image that is now bygone. On the other hand, the setting is magnificent.
All for €280 for two with a bottle of wine. Lunar value for money!
We were extremely disappointed,
I do not recommend...

After a most unpleasant telephone reception, we still ordered 3 pizzas via the application.
We go to the truck at the indicated time to collect our order, we have to wait 50 minutes there because the preparation of our pizzas has not even started!
Instead of an apology for the delay or a commercial gesture for this long wait, we are treated to sarcasm from the lady who gives us the order….
Regarding the pizzas, they were really very good
13/09/2024: Magic! Ordered 4 pizzas for 8:45 p.m., 9:45 p.m. still nothing. I call: “Ha we have a problem, what’s your name?” person who speaks badly and doesn't care about customers. No respect, no more pizzas at your house!

17/11/2024: Repas en famille samedi midi, très bon accueil, la serveuse est très aimable et souriante. Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute.
J'ai pris un tartare de boeuf avec des frites, et de la salade. Un plat copieux et très savoureux. Le pain a été mis, les sauces aussi. Les autres membres ont pris des burgers succulents et copieux. En dessert des tiramisu, plutôt copieux et très bons. Le prix est très correct pour ce qu'on mange. Je reviendrai dans cet établissement avec plaisir.

21/09/2024: Fortunately the flan is good, because the reception is horrible and deplorable. Today at 12 p.m., there are certainly lots of people (but so much the better for the brand)
On the other hand, the young person at the checkout was not only incredibly rude and has absolutely nothing to do with the business. We are not dogs to be barked at but kind customers (concerning me) who pay and ask for a minimum of respect.
I would go elsewhere.

12/02/2024: Ce restaurant est sale dès le franchissement de la porte d’entrée crasseuse avec des vitres excessivement sales grosses traces de doigts !
C’est la première fois que nous nous rendons dans ce restaurant Chinois en manque d’hygiène.
Le Personnel n’est pas du tout souriant, la nourriture est exécrable grasse et sucrée un manque d’hygiène total avec des couverts mélangés, pas de couvert pour chacun des plats. J’ai aussi remarqué que des petites bandes de copines prennent leurs doigts dans les plats préparés.
Dernière notre table il y avait plein de chocolat fondu au sol , ma mère âgée a failli tomber.
Pas de personnel pour le nettoyage du sol après 1h 30 toujours pas nettoyé.
Notre table pas débarrassée a notre arrivée.
Le long des bacs à nourriture il y avait également de grosse taches au sol.
Les personnes fragiles doivent fait attention à ne pas attraper une Salmonella, Campylobacter ou Escherichia coli entérohémorragique cause d’une mauvaise hygiène dans le mélange des préparations alimentaires de ce restaurant.Certains clients se servent puis ré déposent dans les bacs…. Personnel non présent pour surveiller.
Je n’aime pas noter méchamment les Restaurants mais là l’hygiène est vraiment critique ma mère a été prise de vomissements dès son arrivée à la maison.
Nous n’y retournerons jamais.

Ambiance un peu bruyante, mais le cadre est agréable
24/07/2024: Malgré la réponse du DG en 2020, rien n'a changé en 2024, bien au contraire, c'est pire: avec une chaleur de 30°, clim en panne à l'intérieur. Nous étions sept. On a du dîner dehors, sous la baffle dont le son nous empêchait de nous entendre parler (on a demandé à l'éteindre). Pas de bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée. Entrecôtes calcinées au lieu d'à point" et "saignante", plus de pommes de terre au four après la 1ère, quelques frites (très bonnes par contre) dans un bol, avec un dé à coudre de ketchup, un steak tartare demandé non préparé mais servi préparé en filaments sans goût, tel une pâté pour chat, un double burger demandé mais servi en simple, un café allongé demandé mais servi en expresso. Seul point positif, avec les frites, les serveuses étaient très gentilles et assez attentives à nous. Le cuisinier devait avoir un problème ce jour là car tout, ou presque, était raté.
J'aimais beaucoup Buffalo Grill, mais là, vous ne nous verrez plus jamais!
