23/05/2026: The service was appalling and inappropriate. We ordered a drive-thru and went home (I admit, we forgot to check), but still, two sandwiches were missing! Anyway, I was furious about not getting my royal cheese sandwich! It's outrageous, especially since we were the only ones at the drive-thru; it's not like it was crowded!

23/05/2026: Today, Saturday, May 22, 2026, at 4:30 PM, we were served by a waitress with unpleasant behavior. She slammed the tray on our table and barely cracked a smile. Furthermore, the quality of the ice cream was very disappointing: it was already melted, even though the prices are quite high for what it is. We were hoping to enjoy real ice cream, not something that resembled water. In addition, the terrace and the tables were extremely dirty. They hadn't even cleaned it before serving us. Not to mention the pigeons wandering around everywhere. Perhaps it's time to review your service and the staff you employ. It's a shame; it's not what it used to be. I won't be back.

15/05/2026: What a disappointment! I hadn't been back to Flunch in years. Today, hoping to relax, I decided to grab a bite with my mom and my 21-month-old son. When we arrived, there were three open tills, but only one for cash payments. There was no sign indicating this, just the cashier telling me she'd announced it. Unfortunately, I was busy with my son, who was getting impatient, so I didn't hear her announcement. And then to wait 20 minutes only to be told we had to get back in line somewhere else! Absolutely not! We finally sorted things out with the cashier next to us... The whole experience was already a disaster... I ordered a hamburger for my son, and I waited forever for a cold, dried-out steak, and I only got it because I complained... My mother and I had to wait a good half hour before being served; we couldn't even eat together because it was such a mess. The staff was completely overwhelmed, and people were complaining about the wait and the quality of the grilled food... It's about time they hired more staff! It was a catastrophe! A special thank you, though, to a certain Mireille in the dining room; she was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable, so thank you to her for that one positive point. I will never set foot in Flunch again. I'm very disappointed. Instead of a relaxing experience, it was a stressful one. Really not happy...

15/05/2026: I arrived with my wife and children at 1 p.m. No more burgers for my children, cold food, no more ketchup for the fries, and not even any fries at all… The tables were dirty. I think this will be the last time for me.
